I am a big fan. Watvhed tried all your Telugu TV program recipes also. Thanks. I saw you video of chettinad chicken earlier. You showed how to make Chettinad masala powder tbat can be stored also. I can't find that now. Please upload again. Please please.
Hi Sanjay. .I've been a great fan of yours and I have learnt loads of cooking watching your videos. I would like to give you a small suggestion. If you could be more specific regarding the measurements that would be of great help to beginners. Anyways thanks for all those wonderful dishes.
thanx sanjay!i do this dish without mustards.thanx for the step by step explanation.this time am going to follow ur procedure and wait for the results.i also tried your paneer makhni and it cameout extremely well! i did add a dash of tomato sauce it worked out wonders! wonderful chef and a gr8 teacher u r! god bless!
Do you think the the quantities of spices written in the link are correct? I made 1 KG chicken. Putting 20gms peppercorns, 20 gms red chilli powder and then green chillies seems too intense.
You inspired me to start cooking at home, while I was in Japan for a short time assignment I use to watch your videos about 10yrs back and when I returned to India I started taking inspiration from your cooking style. Thank you very much Mr. Sanjay. God bless you. This looks to be a very old video of yours where you are explaining like a teacher. This will indeed help those who started cooking newly.
Sanjay..I have now become a cook just because of you. I am receiving a great deal of appreciation from my family and friends. The only thing that I knew before my friend introduced your videos to me was just to make omelet and coffee, Now I am thinking of starting a restaurant. I have only tried your dishes and they are fantastic. I have no words to thank you.

Hi chef... im from chennai and moved to USA now... tried ur peper chicken today... it was delicious.. my hubby enjoyed the dish soooooo much.... im eager to try ur other recipes too.....Thanks a lot chef.
I made a slow cooker version of this dish ...basically followed the recipe but before putting chicken in put in in slow cooker for 5 hours to enrich the sauce ....was amazing.
HI Mr Thumma, I have been trying some of your recipes and they are great, excellent and the the video presentations are fantastic... the best is to see you tasting the food after the preparation... preparations are easy to follow and non taxing. I started with restaurant style chicken Biryani and it goes on... I want to try the taudi chicken but i dont think I will get it in mumbai... please check on the volume of the video in the pepper chicken ... deepak satam

This dude needs to be on the Food Network- havent tried his recipes but he is hilarious- ROCK YOUR WORLD....rock on chef..hope you get a TV show in the states
Made this and it was delicious, though I mistakenly thought why not add a teaspoon of the garam masala my friend gave to me, and after that too much pepper! I should have known I didn't need it after the whole garam masala. Love your videos and website, you are an abolute joy to watch. I hope you keep doing this forever.
I made this dish right now, and it turned out great.I cooked the chicken a little longer, about 20 minutes. I did change tomatoes to Dahi(yogurt) about 2 tbsps(I didnt have tomatoes, was expecting a flop show from the change, but surprisingly turned out great).I think it would go very well with rice based dish like cooked rice, dosa etc.
thanks-i have seen in other recipes u use almost all spices. u shld make each cooking unique not add every spice to every dish. but other than that ths dish was fine.
I tried this, and since the chicken oozed out its juices (happens in the video too), the chicken was sorta dry when eaten. Is this expected? Perhaps I cut the chicken pieces too big? (1 inch cubes).
Dear Sanjay, You r not just an awesome cook but a good teacher too..your timely tips and tricks in cooking helps a lot... Jus Wana ask you , you cook all your dishes in non stick but it's not safe to cook in non stick ...which cookware is best to replace non stick pans.. copper or cast iron.. Thanks

Chef Sanjay, Thank you very much for sharing your cooking talent with others. Very few people in this world would share their knowledge and try to pass it on to others. I am not surprised that you have so many people watching you on you tube. God Bless you and your family for this generosity . You have given back to society and I hope others will do the same. God Bless!

I just made this recipe (with a couple of omissions due to not having cardamon or mustard seed) and it rocks! I've been making curries for years (I was brought up in what's known as the Balti Triangle in Birmingham, UK) so I've been taught a few tricks over the years. This is the first time I let the chicken juices do all the work, and boy do you taste the difference.
Tried this today, very delicious. I really love your videos and made myself a recipe book with my favourite indian delights from your channel. Thank you very much for your effort and keep up the excellent work.
ginger garlic paste in made from raw ginger and garlic pods. the usual ratio is 50gms of ginger to 25 grams of garlic but you can alter it depending on your needs. peel ginger, deskin garlic and grind it to a paste in misture blender. do not add water. you can use domestic mixers like magic bullet to do this.
Thank you. This is an excellent video and is very well presented. I especially liked your multicultural greeting and the list of the ingredients. Very clear. I will be following your recipes for sure.
