Don't think they'll ever come out with a vehicle that fits the bill exactly for each of us. There's always a give and take.
Purchased a 2024 Rav4 XLE a couple months ago. My wife is annoyed that Toyota decided to remove the CD player from the radio. The salesman told us that it's not even an option anymore. Wife is in her 70s, has a huge CD collection and is not interested in paying for any music streaming subscription service on her phone. So now I'm looking into an aftermarket CD player for the car.
The cd player was removed a few years ago I think. I don’t know of any manufacturer’s that still put them in.
Go to a car wrap place they can black it out I did to my tundra 2023 limited

The thing don't like on my 2024 rav4 don't like to small entrance on driver side I have trouble to enter
The Home Link issue does seem to be a rare miss on Toyota's part. Chrome as luxury dates back to the 30s with a major resurrance in the 50s. But, yes, car makers do seem to be in love with it.
I bought 24 hybrid since 2 months and im annoid by closing the doors even the tail door needs to be slammed to shut, still cant get over it.

I truly doubt the "adhesive" has ANYTHING to do with a Rav4.

Not that I’ve noticed.
The brake lights are ridiculously small. The brake light plastic piece is 24 sq inches and the brake light illuminates about 1 sq inch. Fortunately there is an upgrade available.
I think they’re actually quite large.
@robmotivetoo They are large but they do not put out any light. Cartrimhome makes an adapter so that the entire assembly lights up not just the outside little spot.
