3 tbsp dhaniya seeds
1 tbsp jeera
1 tsp saunf
1-2 tsp Til
1 piece Dal chini
1 tsp black pepper seeds
8-10 laung
1 green elaichi
1 phool chakri
8-10 dried red chillies
Lehsoon pieces
1 big onion
8-10 lehsoon
Ginger pieces
1 tomato
4-5 tbsp oil
1 tsp rai
1/2 tsp jeera
Heeng
10-12 kadi patta
1 finely chopped onion
1 tsp kashmiri red chilly powder
1 tsp salt
1-1.5 cups sprouted moth
-Aloo masala-
Oil
1/2 tsp rai
Kadhi Patta
Ginger garlic paste
Haldi powder
3-4 boiled mashed potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
