Thank you for taking the time to put this huge golden nugget together. You've saved me wasted time and provided superb value!
Eric, Thank you!
This is super kind of you, Eric. Really excellent actionable advice.
Dude amazin stuff on copy and data - that demand capture and gen bit tho :)
Great vid. I was looking at the esports campaign you ran - how do you go about scraping esports companies? And then finding their contacts?
Hey - really good stuff man. Really appreciate the content. I mean, you're basically giving me step by step on all the shit that scares the crap out of me. Thanks.
this is literally the only video ill watch to do cold emailing!
Thanks for the feedback! Love to see it
I watched the whole video. Insane value!
I need to use clay now for clients now
Curious, how many postive replies we can expect for every 1000 prospects if we run the campaign for a recruitment offer?
Dude this is pure gold! Thank you, my good man.
Dropping bombs as usual, probably the most complete doc out there for anyone trying to crack cold email this 2024! Ty Eric 🚀
Great video, if you dont mind me asking what made you turn away from recruitment as a niche?
Amazing Content Eric, thanks for sharing 🙂
Thank you so much man
Wow! This incredible. Thank you!
Very good video on cold email..Thanks Eric
Nice new haircut!
Awesome video Eric, thank you
This is Crazy. Thank you so much
State of the Union for cold email.
Priceless.
you know one thing I did notice is that these spam checking apps are 1) not super accurate and 2) aren't even helpful because they can just say you're landing in spam and you're not, and then the other way around. and it seems that if you just wait a bit and send less email you'll land less in spam. i don't know, it seems that worrying about it caused more stress and lost money on useless tools that never helped anyway
God bless anyone running cold outbound in cybersecurity.
why?
@@DJLCCH watch the video mate
Thank you!
Amazing! Thank you!
Awesome video Eric, can you do a video touching on testing/iterating? - I guess the chances of you creating a banger cold email first time is very unlikely but if you A/B test and keep iterating you will get better results right? Do you have a process/framework for this?
Look up my video about message market fit testing
@@ericnowoslawski Thank you
Hey Eric, what do you use to see if a Website has a DMARC record? The BuiltWith integration with Clay? Or something else?
Builtwith yea
@@ericnowoslawski awesome thank you!
Thanks Eric, you're epic.
Hey Eric, checked out your doc and it’s great.
Can you please explain your definition of lead per positive response?
Does it mean the no of leads you contacted to get a positive response or the no of leads you contacted to get a booked meeting.
Thanks.
🔥🔥 Thanks Eric!
Question after reading the full doc: I noticed you don’t talk about inbox management in any of your material. Is this something you typically leave to clients to manage if you don’t charge on performance, or just not interesting enough to speak about in videos?
Fantastic work, by the way!
I find this to be the easiest part of cold outreach. What questions do you have?
Pure gold
gold.
Didnt get the 3000 credits, got 1000 instead
but loved all 33 minutes of the video - i do a lot of email marketing for my Software Dev Agency - really tough niche, and your idea for segmenting is gold, i really need to not just reach out to CTOs for example
Need to think more on segmenting, also AI, i have been avoiding it, need to start practicing how to use it and experimenting :D Cause you proved it works, now i gotta make it work :D
Sorry for the confusion, it’s 3000 free when you upgrade. I have to change the copy.
I’m glad the video/doc could help!
I just messaged the Clay team when I signed up for the trial and they granted me the credits, btw
I know Clay is awesome and they integrate with a lot of tools.
But dam it gets expensive. If you get the LinkedIns of 3000 profiles. That’s your 3k credits gone 😅
It becomes super expensive to segment lists
@@bojan_najdov I guess it depends on what you're looking for out of the data, if you want to enrich linkedin profiles for their current job title, that's expensive yeah. But if you want to be able to run a keyword search across their whole profile, no other provider like apollo let's you do that.
@@ericnowoslawski
Yeah so i was thinking i have all these leads and their linkedin urls, i could try find first time founders, first time CTOs, etc
But then i realised i'd have to get Linkedin Profiles again from Clay and then do that logic, and 3000 credits gets used quick fast
Clay is awesome though and your videos are crazy dude, really enjoy watching them and getting ideas
That was awesome, thank you
💣 You the man Eric!
Quick Question: Reading through your case studies, it looks like you dont niche down by industry. Is there a reason you are not niching down by industry? (Or is there another way you define your niche?) Cheers Buddy!
I just really work with people that come to us I suppose
@@ericnowoslawski Fair enough mate :)
Youre my hero ❤
*chefs kiss*
How do i do the segmenting part. Is it possible to do that without clay?
Anyone please help🙏🙏
Can you please tell me if sending any number of emails to people until they wish to opt out adheres to the CAN SPAM act and other policies and laws that are present. Will sending more and more emails while split testing to see which email script works , be considered as spam?
What a beast
Wow thanks bro! great resource I'm gonna read it
GOAT 🔥
Nice!!
