- Welcome back... Today we come up with another amazing home tour. It is a Trending modern home built up for 55 lakh. This beautiful home has four bedrooms and approximately 2400 square feet in size.

The fence and gates are on all four sides. Porch designed at the right side with slop roofing. Cement blocks are laid all over the yard. Moving on we are entering the beautifully designed sit out with the support of a pillar. Wall is decorated with horizontal line grove design. Next we are entering the marvelous living area. Stylish sofa sets, Curtains, Tea table and TV unit are bringing the eye catching view. Ceiling work is done by using wooden material with a hanging bulb looking beautiful. This is the prayer area. Moving on we are entering the dining area. A standard-sized table and chairs are set up here. Let's take a look at the interior design. Ceiling work done in an appealing manner with hanging bulbs and LED spot lights. Near to this a washing place is arranged. Basin, mirror and storage cabin are set here.
This is the play area. Open style glass door used here to separate the area. Next, we'll inspect the kitchen. This is a modular kitchen with stunning arrangements. The grey colour cabinets and white colour walls look fantastic together. Next we are entering the first bedroom, let’s check the all settings. Double cot bed, dressing table and closet are arranged elegantly. There is provided a washroom with all facilities. This is the second bedroom. Let’s check the interior design of this bedroom. Bed, curtains, wardrobes, TV unit and all settings are arranged eye catching. There is arranged a dressing area near the powder room.
Come with us, let's check the first floor. This is the up stair hall area. Beautiful hanging bulbs and led spot lights are arranged here. This is the office space. Next we are going to check the bedrooms. Double cot bed, closet and dressing table are designed beautifully. And this bedroom also has an adjoining bathroom. This bedroom designed elegantly. All other arrangements are done beautifully. Cot, dressing table, curtains are designed amazingly. This bedroom includes a dressing area. This bedroom also has an adjacent bathroom. This is the balcony area.

Balcony view is a very important aspect, I wish could have covered that too in this home tour.
House looks fantastic and the voice of the host with a neutral accent fantastic. My only observation is that there is very little windows and no outside light coming in. Big house like this, you will want natural light and air coming in.

These cost only buildup value or..all fallciling.. kitchen cabinets.. lights.. bathroom fittings ALLL in these budget..55 lakhs..all complete

In sitting area and dining area their are no ceiling fans. In dining area their is only a wall fan. How can they skip that? Other rooms have ac but not in these area.
Luckily they have not located Pooja room adjacent to the bathroom.People now forget to spare a small &simple space as per Vasthu for a Pooja room.
Better they would have avoided that Pooja Room.
