The only remaining part is lift which is compulsory to this building because after some time its very hard to go for sleep or to take rest on third floor and also very hard and inconvenient to old age people in future this type of house becomes frustrating to the customer...... Because I personally have that experience....... 😮
I recently came across your channel and I must say all houses displayed in you videos are very well planned and executed by their respective architects, designers, engineers and workers. Not just in terms of aesthetics point of view but also maintaining the core principles of architecture and meeting those nit picked requirements of clients, especially in those areas where there is not much room to experiment things out. Urban India is perhaps the most dense region in entire world and to carve out those beautiful houses within those challenging limitations of space and volume is really astonishing to watch. Apart from that, I also like how the team responsible behind a particular house explains all the science behind it in layman's terms so that even people from various background can understand and relate to those principles and design language. I must say some of the houses are really, really gorgeous. A house is a once in a lifetime investment, asset and the most important material thing for a person. In India, a house is more than just an investment or a place to live. We end up spending half to full of our life savings to build an abode for our family and that's why it's just like our heart outside our body. It's a way to ensure our loved ones are protected inside our second heart. Therefore, it's something where we seek all kinds of perfection which again is a big challenge. So keep up the great work guys. ❤
Very elegant and beautiful work by the architects. I likes the material pallet, thoughtful planning, sunlight and ventilation. Such a amazing structure in such a small area. Very subtle, sleek and elegant design.
entry of the house at the landing level is a unique one. and the design strategy of allowing diffusional light in the west is great. even I liked the idea of engraves on stone and openings at stair landings. but not providing a lift may become a problem in future as it is a three-storey building.

Question When rain occurs Won't it flood the stair case Or u have added a glass slab above it.. In the top from where the lights were comming Anyway good construction
wonderful design for a tough situation! many years of happy clients! excellent audio! that 2nd floor "garden" seems "silly", though, for many reasons...but, heyyyyy.... :-) buona fortuna from SW FL, USA
Beautiful house ith calm and thought provoking environment ...I think it will last for a long time.. since the stones are used...! Great Work..! ~namaste~ ~regards~
Your designs are really awesome & challenging for small space, I have a concern, every design of u have so many stairs, if we have elders in house they can't use them on daily basis... Is there any alternative for stairs other than lift
Tulsi, skylight, the wooden panels are great. I so hope that the homeowners take into consideration the ageing factor too. Installing a homelift would be advisable n economic at the construction stage
This house has left me feeling very confused. I watch a lot of tours of American properties, many of which in New York are referred to as "Town Houses". They are similar dimensions to this home, in that they are very tall and thin. I very much dislike town houses, but I love the design of this home. Danesh Ghandi's design, and Sachin Lad's team's work, have created a home that feels comfortable, natural, warm, and inviting. Fantastic work.
All the natural light is blocked, especially with a full brick wall on the Western side! This is terrible designing unless the client specifically asks to block natural light and ventilation. The colour palette is too dark (especially on the ground floor) for a house that is in a congested alley surrounded by buildings on all sides, as well as the building itself been closed by brick walls. House interior is nice and clean and well done. But the basics of home building are not followed.
It's a very beautiful home designed and built by the team. Can you please do me a favor to disclose the lupsump amount that was spent on that should contain all the cost regarding the construction and consulting.
I know it is very good, all these house showcased on buildofy, but you should also mention the proces so that, we can admire the house construction as well know if we would be able to build something like that for our future homes😢
The styling is beautiful. They've done their best on a small plot. But gone overboard with keeping out the light. Grey flooring, brown bricks, walls and minimal light from narrow windows. Kinda dark and depressing
why are the windows so small , if someone rings the bell at gate then the person sitting in living area can't get a look below directly due to absence of balcony , he'll have to come downstairs, basics should be right first then come looks
Never imagined a house this beautiful can be constructed on a 650sqft plot. Commendable job!
It's not about imagination it's about money
so true absolutely beautiful
@@Rohit-cj6eb hahaha
@@Rohit-cj6ebyes you have to pay money to designer just because he has imagination which we don't have.
His money would have been better spent on a larger plot and simpler house.
Really challenging job kept ur heart and soul in it
It gives a hope for middle class to approach u and fulfil their dream 🎉❤
खुप चांगले काम केले आहे आर्किटेक्चर धनेश गांधी यांनी.

You are absolutely right...
It's the same story will all those duplex or triplex houses built on very small plots
@@bharathdv4210 but somehow they have to manage the lift it's better for future
100% right..
It is always not how a house looks but how relaxed you arr in the house.
Even for younger people walking stairs many times a day is not very good for body and we have to go to bedroom many times a day for different reasons
when ever I watch ur video I think one day I will design & construct my sweet home by u & ur team
The way this property blends in with the neighborhood is remarkable.
Never saw house like this....full of vibe

Beautiful amalgamation of Traditional & Contemporary style. Kudos to the team!🎉❤
Thank you for showing us a possible dream. This houses look small but are filled with lot of memories to built and sustain.
Very elegant and beautiful work by the architects. I likes the material pallet, thoughtful planning, sunlight and ventilation. Such a amazing structure in such a small area. Very subtle, sleek and elegant design.
Very Beautiful, Generally compact house very difficult to design, its very awesome ♥

Very beautiful and use of such a low space of 600sqft is amazing
i loved the flooring and brick cladding
People are complaining about stairs and then go to gym by ride a 2 wheeler .. hypocrisy 😂
Actually they are right because of old age people,or when the owner get old it would be hard for them to go up the stairs daily
People are hypocritic thats why we live in filthy way.
@@ItsANIMAX345Then they sold it and start living in Village where no need to use stairs.

Your most challenge construction space
मुझे पता है आपको बहुत ही दिक्कत आई होगी पर आपने काफी अच्छी तरीके से सब कुछ मैनेज किया 🙌🌹
Beautiful work by architects 🎉❤
Now this is actually called civil engineer work piece ❤
Why do you closed entire front part with brick wall .. fully closed from 4 sides ... Don't know why shutdown entire front elevation with walls 🧱...
Exactly my point
Point
He said for privacy and may be to reduce the heat which otherwise will be caused by constant sunlight.
He shut it down because Israelis cannot steal his house easily like they did in Palestine
They could have always used thick curtains for privacy and keeping the room cool. Putting a wall is just a stupid idea
wonderful design for a tough situation! many years of happy clients! excellent audio! that 2nd floor "garden" seems "silly", though, for many reasons...but, heyyyyy.... :-) buona fortuna from SW FL, USA
Brick claddi g will keep the house cool and will give earthy smell during rainy season
The very simple question is why dark grey color outside as it will heat up the walls. Lighter color might have been a better option.
short & Sweet Architecture Planning Beautyful House👌👌👌👌👌
So beautifully designed 😍 minimalist space I'm loving this house 🏡
Beautiful & Intelligent designing 💐

How did you tackle to rain problem going with the skylight above the staircase?
गजब...
ये तो कम मे बम है... 👌 👌 👌
And it does not loose that old city style ❤

Excellent,,, congratulations
How will you access the front small garden seems dangerous ?
Lethal garden 😂
this is how a proper home should be, not like how people are making their house look like hotel.
verandah, ventilation, sunlight, stones so good .
Great job, but taking stairs all life is a little impractical.
Neet & good idea's work.....
What beautiful view of jhuggis
Wonderful design
Wow amazing ❤
What happens during rains? Doesn't water go down the pergolas at each staircase landing?
How do you keep the front grill from dust and color change with dust
Fantastic work.
