ഞാന്‍ ജോലിക്ക് പോകുന്ന ഒരാളല്ല, പക്ഷെ, എല്ലാ സൗകര്യങ്ങളും ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയ ചെറിയ working kitchen ആണ് എനിക്ക് കൂടുതല്‍ comfortable ആയി തോന്നിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. പെട്ടെന്ന് ജോലികള്‍ കഴിച്ച് kitchen il നിന്ന് പോകാനാണ് എനിക്കിഷ്ടം.

What is the size of the living room and the bedrooms
2500 sqft with that interior for 50L ! It's too good to be true. I think interior and landscaping are separate. Otherwise no architectural firm can do it without compromising the quality!
50 lakhs for the house which includes total structure of the building,electrical, plumbing, flooring, doors, windows, grill work and painting. 15 lakhs for interior works and 5 lakhs for all landscaping elements, parking,compound gates and compound wall

No. Checked with the builder and this house was kind of started 2 yrs back or so. Right now sqft rate is around 2500. Also for this house around 15 lakhs extra for interiors. This is apart from landscape charge of 5 lakhs
