the batteries are called 18650. that's what tesla use to do model s/x battery packs(and most laptops till 2015)

I got a cheap one. Takes minutes to get a notification on my phone, which by then is too late. But it does have decent 2-way comms and the live feed isn't too bad, during the day. Night vision is non-existent and the motion sensor picks up a tree moving in my garden even on low setting. The motion detector otherwise does work, but again, there's about a 10 second delay before it starts recording.
If you're serious about having this kind of security, best just go with Ring.
Good comparison but I still think Ring is the best choice! One point though is your nest bell will ring straight away as its wired into your physical powered doorbell

Biggest issues , no integration with nest home or Alexa. Mostly likely what people use inside there house when the doorbell rings

Jake The Destroyer same size, not the same performance. Batteries used in vape-Mods are often 35 or even 40 ampere rated.

I’d get the ring door bell, they’re better and alerts you much better without any connection problems.

You should try the Remo+ s doorbell. I got one and my parents like it so much they got one 99$ USD and free 14 day recording. Pretty awesome in my book

Nest doorbells are wayyy to easy to steal. Well I can tell. The fixture has only 2 screws and is shaped like a wedge
Yeah but you can permanently disable them in app. So if they are stolen they can never be used again. I would say Google Nest is probably the best doorbell camera out there. Also if your doorbell camera is stolen and you provide a police report. Google will replace the Nest.
Love the doorbell review.. really helped me choose which doorbell to go for! Obviously the Nest Hello! Whenever I buy tech I always search for tech flow first, to see if you have compared & reviewed which I should buy first.. I would love to see more videos, any chance you could do a few on landline phones? I believe they are coming back in fashion, and a review on the best ones would be fab.. I know you work mainly with smart tech, but I’m sure if you dig deep you could find some landline phone worth a quirky review!?

Kangaroo is okay it takes photos and not video the pictures are really clear and I also have ring doorbell as well. Kangaroo for my back door and ring for my front door. We actually like both.

How did you get on installing your nest doorbell on your rendered wall? I want to install a smart doorbell too but like you, I also have rendered external walls and I'm afraid of chipping the render if I try and drill into it.
How does a vpn protect you against targeted advertising? When you log into your google account or facebook account, the vpn can't stop them from tracking you......

You have to get UniFi to send out there doorbell I have one it sweet. You should get being you have UniFi setup
