Well I finally got my battery in the mail, and yesterday I replaced my old battery successfully :) I used an exacto knife to carefully open the watch. It's worth noting (because I didn't see it mentioned in the video) that you will need to use a Y 00 screwdriver to remove the screws holding the watch together. I had to order one as it's an uncommon type. The screws on the inside are regular small Phillips type. I didn't have a spudger so I used an old gift card to help open the case. I was also able to remove the old battery connector without needing to apply any alcohol (YMMV). The most difficult part for me was opening the case. Be careful and take your time so that you don't damage the casing or cut yourself. Thank you once again for sharing this video. It was gratifying to be able to replace the battery myself!
@@joycewest7469 The battery is still in the mail. I expect to get it in two to three weeks (it's coming from China). I'll post my results here, Fingers crossed :)
Great video tutorial, thank you. It would massively benefit from having the video title in English in addition to Vietnamese. It would be easier to find. I'm just sorry that the seal replacement wasn't shown in the video. I think even in the video you can see that the original ring seal is damaged and broken in just one spot. On my watch, the rubber gasket sort of melted and the watch lost its water resistance. Unfortunately I can't find a replacement seal anywhere, I guess I'll have to come up with an alternative solution.
I think I'm gonna need it. That original rubbery seal in my watch has become kind of melted or something. Probably degraded over time. And I couldn't find an original replacement part anywhere.

Thank you for the feedback. I will add the missing details in the description and subtitles
Where did you get the battery? I ordered one in Amazon but it didn't fit my Galaxy S2 Classic. :-(, I had to send it back
Thank you for sharing this. I just ordered a replacement battery for my S2 and your video will help me get the job done right :)
How did it go?
