When I asked them to deliver cheque physically do that I can convert it to cash then they are not accepting it. Also no company gives us money to make purchases related to them, when I asked the same them no reply from them. Mine was a data entry job. Be careful everyone. Not to lose our money is more important than earning money.

Hello, I work for a US bank and this is really common now a days in US and Canada. People make friends with you in a park or somewhere, give you a check saying they have issue in their account and ask you to pay them the cash. Then the check is returned with which your account is minus the check amount plus there is a charge for return check fee. Solution: Please contact the bank after 24 hours of check deposit and ask the the funds availability schedule. Use the amount as it gets available. Banks have a specific date on which the funds will be made available. In an emergency you can also ask for early funds availability.
