First, you always look like a goddess in your poetry related videos. Second, I've been waiting for this video. Thanks for putting it together. I am hit or miss with poetry. I don't really want to analyze it when I read it, I just want to enjoy it. I think what you said that you don't really need to understand it all makes sense. Sometimes I can get into it and sometimes I can't - it's a mood thing for me. I tend to lean toward dark and depressing poems because for some reason, when I'm in a blue mood is when I tend to read more poetry, but I do also enjoy nature poetry. I have a shelf on my bookcase of poetry - Poe, Plath, Mary Oliver, Dickinson, then also about 10 modern /insta-poets because there is a place for those also for me. I really like Dakota Warren's collection. (that is how I found your channel) I would like to expand the types of poetry I read this year. I do have a daily poem book on my nightstand, and I read that every night - Nature poem for every night of the year As for your song tip- I do that with Hozier lyrics - His lyrics are poetry for me
