Rebuilt MARC GP39PH-3C 71 returns to the Rails at Gaithersburg, MD || TSMGL Train Video

Today we are out at Gaithersburg, MD to see a classic icon of MARC Return to the rails. MARC Locomotive No. 71, originally built as an EMD GP40 and rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen as a GP39H-2, returned to revenue service with MARC as a rebuilt GP39PH-3C, as seen in this video.
