+ve = no drilling to the wall, hydraulic control release like (less noise), ladder rail add more support to top bunk, side rails collapse to hold mattress -ve = metal & outer wood frame looks flimsy / not sturdy, not enough side cover to keep mattress over long duration / use. wood panel to bed frame could be better asthetic integrated- looks crude almost. if the top wood frame could be extended with compartment for bedding storages, functional. Nice effort overall
