I am Champ 1 (trying to get gc by the end of the year)and I'm somewhat trying but I know I am not giving the best I could be so I am trying to improve my training, gameplay and mentality. I’m always questioning whether or not I’ve made good progress. There are also time where I feel like there’s nothing more I can improve on; and that my current skill will be as far as I go. I’m at 500+ hours so yea, idk
I'm diamond three and my silver friend doesn't even play like silver So what I did was put him in a bronze to gold pack and he didnt get smarter at rocket league but he started hitting the ball But these tips will help him alot
how to get gc step 1 Watch pros play and try to copy it step 2 practice mechanics (speed flip, Fast aerial, Car controll in the air by using air roll left or right and yes its worth switching. have both normal air roll and directional one) make sure you do as much aerial control as you can stop playing games if you really suck and just focus on that. step 3 play with a brain or atleast try step 4 just play

Everytime I start losing more than I win. Like if I'm not keeping up a 70+% win rate for the day. I stop and review my replays and practice problems I found. Repeat

lol i think i spent the first 200~ hours of teh game mostly practicing. workshop maps and freeplay. felt ddribbling and freeplay was more fun than playing actual matches a lot of the time sicne i didnt know wat i was doing
