Went yesterday which is about the fifth visit. Maybe its me but every other time I have visited I almost have needed to been kicked out at 6.00pm so much to see, but this time I was done by 4.00pm. Did not seem as much as other years.
I usually only go to the restoration show in March. Cheaper and still enough to enjoy. I would have also been done by the afternoon if I wasn’t filming a lap then doing the circuit again. Thanks for watching.
Thanks. I wished I had more time there and less people as I could have easily made a video over 3 hours long but many people prefer the shorter stuff. Thanks for watching and the feedback. Really appreciated.
Thanks for the comments about my Rover 600, I had the link sent to me yesterday great video of the show I’ve now seen what I missed when I was there for 3 days! I’ve subscribed see you again I hope.
Did anyone else see The Beast? It's silver now and has a Rolls-Royce front again! It was over by all the Lotuses and Lancias when i was here on Sunday.
Great video. I am on that show with my Dads club; FSOC and his Ford Prefect export reg LOV 526. Glad you got round to filming the stand at 55:25 ! We're back tomorrow - we took a day off today.
The Gordon Keeble that blue is lovely. The saw the red one at York in September again a lovely car and colour. Love the Interceptors. What beautiful examples. I saw the white xjs c and black xjs pre he at Wentworth Woodhouse back in August. I saw the Vista Orange Escort estate at Ripon back in July lovely colour scheme. Enjoyed the walk around and some many lovely cars on show. Thank You.
I was there Saturday, havent been for 15 odd years,i was shocked to see what they classify as a classic these days.A volvo xc 90,and a lot of 90's cars,a bit disappointing really, especially when you've laid out £50 odd quid for the privilege of looking at ,no more than a dealers forecourt, and as for prices nowadays, nothing is cheap.
There were some newer cars yes. I don’t mind although as it is a ‘classic motor show’ I really want to look at the older stuff. I hadn’t been for years either as it’s too expensive. I prefer the restoration show in March… and it’s cheaper. Thanks for watching and your comment.
i think they should have used more halls, i went around on the saturday and it was rammed, lots of lovely cars got scratched, half the stuff you couldnt get near, i didnt like, you couldnt pay cash for anything either it was all through the nec card system, even a can of coke, so they marked it all up!
I showed my MG Metro last year at that show and didn’t have any issues or hear anything either. I agree though if it is busy and you can’t see the cars you’ve paid the money for…
Thanks for the video, never been to the classic car show at the NEC, you have sold it to me, I will make a piont of going next year. How much was the entry fee ?
It is one of the most expensive at £40 per adult (online) and does put some people off. Parking at the NEC is also usually expensive. I always park at the railway station as it is a bit cheaper and you only need to go up the escalator and along the elevated walkway into the NEC. Thanks for watching and your comment.

Thoroughly enjoyed our chat when you stopped at my Primera on the Pride of Ownership stand.
Keep up the good work.
It was great to meet you too. It’s what the show should be all about. Thanks for watching and your support.
Another fantastic show. Thankyou so much 👏👏👏
Thanks for watching 👍
Glad we had a brief glimpse of the RX7s 😍
Yes. Sorry. Very busy day and a lot to capture whilst still trying to find time to chat to owners. Thanks for watching.

Superb walk around the show,I could easily have watched another hour and a half of that. Thanks.

Welcome. Your 600 is a testament to an owner who reminds me… of me. A great custodian. Thanks for watching the video and for supporting the channel.

I was there yesterday , great selection of cars 👌💪
Yes. Too much temptation and too little funds 😔😂
Great video. I am on that show with my Dads club; FSOC and his Ford Prefect export reg LOV 526. Glad you got round to filming the stand at 55:25 ! We're back tomorrow - we took a day off today.
Thanks. Beautiful vehicles. A great show. Don’t blame you taking a day off. All the best for tomorrow.
Nice to see a glimpse of the Daimler Dingo scout car that I restored some 20+ years ago, still looking good!
Excellent. Yes most were just a glimpse as the show had so many cars… and visitors. Thanks for watching.

Thanks. Yes many cars… and lots of people to manoeuvre around. Thanks for watching and your comment.
Best car there was the rally Mini which was for sale and not featured; shame.
Maybe it’s on another video

SAAB 92 Prototype - the 19th car SAAB produced in developing their first car
Good to know 👍

Why didn't you mention Steph from idriveaclassic? She and her lovely Marina share the stand wit Ian and Matt.
Because I didn’t notice at the moment I was filming and as I don’t watch the channel hadn’t picked up on the car.
@@LivetoDriveUK Understood. Her "Rust to roadworthy" featuring this Marina named Tina is really nice though.
@@Ricketik65 yes. I will go and watch that. 👍

£40 to park? Ouch!! Nice Cortys, though!
£40 per adult to go in the show. Parking is usually about £15.
Disappointing to see classic cars like the Alfa with illegal front window tints fitted
If used on the road like that then I would agree.
Definitely not daily driver's
Yes a few we’re definitely more museum piece than car.
