Our favourites are a mirror on wheels that our daughter loves. So many board books and our Comotomo teether or our Numnum Gootensil spoons which are actually spoons but are soft and great as a teether too using both of these has helped immensely as we start solids
I never had a kid , but you are a life saver. I had to change doctors twice.I listen to you because you know what your talking about. I had a doctor tell me that my son acting like he’s teething is this right? He just turn 4 months and I have to buy teething toys.
Thank Emma these videos have eased mothership a lot! Quick question, or maybe you have a video(?), how often do we ideally need to clean or soap the toys like f.ex. the Oball?
Thanks Emma, our 3 month old loves her new oball. So easy for her to hold. She transfers it between hands and sticks her tongue through it when she's getting to get it in her mouth. 🖤
Thank you for the information, I was just looking for an informative videos like the one you have and I immediately prescribed. Please do a video on teething and best/safe toys to buy
Hi...I loved your channel and thanks for your wonderful advises. I will request you to send links of those toys so that I can buy the same...like your soffie
Just found your channel and I love it!!! Giving me the confidence to try tummy time more often, my baby hates it! He’s 11.5 weeks old, but was a month early so I’m not sure if development milestones will be different or not!!! He’s also very cuddly, doesnt like his activity play mat yet because it means he’s not being held ahahah.
Hi @Sehm I find reducing the amount of toys on offer to the bub is best. I would recommend placing some of the toys in a box or out of sight and then rotating the toys in a week or 2. This will ensure the bub doesn't get bored with the toys. Hope that helps
Thank you Emma! Useful summary of toys for this age. My baby loves the o-ball rattles and teething toys as well as books. The play gym is a bit less popular though:D And thank you for the developmental milestones guide! I found it helpful. ❤
Thanks for this video! We have the play gym and rattles. The other day I saw that type of ball for the first time at the children's center. Definitely gonna get us one❣️😃 Also I'm gonna try find a tactile surface book for our little one. And then the teething toys will be next. 👍🏻
Thanks so much for this helpful video. A question on Sophie the Giraffe- are the tiny ears not a poking hazard for the baby? I have one but scared to use thinking my LO will hurt his eyes.
No worries at all. I haven't had any of the kids I have worked with or know personally poke their eyes and hurt themselves. If you're concerned though you could always use silicone teethers which are circular!
Hi Emma, if one was to choose between plastic and wood toys which one would you advise? Say a shape sorter toy for example or stacking toys. Does age matter?
Hi Emma! Thank you for these videos! So helpful as a first time mom. Can you tell me what rattle you suggest? Having trouble finding something similar to yours. Also, if you have any book suggestions, please let me know. Thank you!!
Hi my babys 4 month hes no intetest in toys or objects. His hands are still closed and tight to his chest. He dosent seem to like you trying to move them also. We have different toys mats ect... But hes no intetest at all. Should i be concered? He will grab his own hand or somines funger and hild it close to his chest its more for comfort though hes done this since new born.
Hi my baby girl is turning 5 mos on january 19, she can now roll to her tummy, but cannot roll back, she always do right to left, she can hold toys and her pillows but she wont reach for it,... Is she doing fine?
Hi Emma, my husband and I love watching your videos for our firstborn who's currently 2 months old. We were wondering what toys you'd recommend for development if money wasn't an object, a video like this one that is non-budget friendly. (We understand that we both are the best "toys" to interact with baby but very curious if there were any other items/toys you'd suggest) Thank you very much and for all your videos, we appreciate it so very much.
I read it somewhere that the Sophie giraffe can be quite dirty as there is a hole on its body and the baby's saliva will stay inside the toy and grow fungus
Hi @ql Chen the main issue with mould seems to happen if Sophie is submerged in water to be washed. The recommendation is to clean Sophie with a damp cloth
Let me know about your favourite toy for your little one
My favourite toy is the Oball
I guess it's kinda off topic but do anybody know a good website to watch newly released movies online?
@Kylan Ali Try FlixZone. You can find it by googling :)
@Kylan Ali i would suggest Flixzone. Just search on google for it =)

I bought the Oball toy after watching this video. My baby loves it so much. It’s light, easy to grasp for baby, and affordable!
Same here :) I don't have it yet, but I'm sure he will like it.
Same. His absolute favorite toy.
Thank you for suggesting the oball.. it’s my baby’s favourite toy..
I seriously love them! It's the toy that I give new mums at their baby shower😂

Please suggest about less is more about toys or is it ok to have more toys (my baby gets toys as gifts from others , what do I do with them )

Thanks mam....,
Your Welcome - glad I can help
Hi… i have 4months old. How about water mat? Do you recommend it especially for tummy time?.
They are a great toy for tummy time. They tend to keep the bub engaged and as a result they are happier to stay in the position for a little longer.
@@EmmaHubbard thank you. Absolutely I will buy it.
