Did my workout while listening to this.
I am working on establishing exercise as part of my morning system...get up and wash face, brush hair, brush teeth, workout, and continue getting ready. I have flexibility in what I do for exercise. Walking or a random Darebee workout or the next day of a program I am tracking from Darebee.
Measuring my progress by how well I move and feel as I am recovering from an e.d..
    I got this!

I like your comment about getting to the gym. This is one of the reasons the Darebee programs are so good. You can do them anytime at home. I set a time between 19:00 and 20:oo hours to do my One Minute HIIT program. I do it onaverage of 4.5 days a week, have drastically cut my sugars and carbs and have lost about 15 pounds (pretty close to my ideal weight). I can now run (age 56) a mile faster and easier than in my younger years. Thank yu David and the Darebee crew for your guidance and inspiration. It can be done.

Train yourself to act with discipline, even when motivation is lacking, so your consistent efforts eventually turn into habits that no longer rely on motivation or willpower. Or, as Nike puts it: ‘Just do it.’
