- Demonstrating the new 'Spam Click' method at Mastering Mixology, the new Herbtodt minigame on Varlamore. This is overall faster than doing the minigame normally and you still get approximately 1:1 points per paste, so it's not too much more expensive, and very ironman friendly.
Basically you just make a full inventory of potions and deposit until you're almost out. The game will automatically prioritize the correct potion(s) whenever possible, and you stop clicking when your inventory is mostly out.
Always put digweed on MixALot potion. My inventory marker setup has been giving me a solid point ratio but is likely not optimal, I switch between MMM and LLL by feel or if I see an order.
Step 0: Set up 'Screen Marker' plugin as shown, activate the Mastering Mixology plugin. For Screen markers, drag the box and then type in the text, click the 'T' so text shows, change border size to 1.
Step 1: Create potions as shown, don't process them. Make 3 of each except for 6 MAL and 4 MML (for my inventory). The inventory location does matter, so try to make them in the right order or move them around. If you make a mistake, it's not a big deal, eventually your inventory will always fix it self.
Step 2: Process the Left column at the East Station, click the station again when the plugin highlights it in green. I set left-click to 'walk here' to avoid using an incorrect potion. Also process the top potion of AAM and MML
Step 3: Process the Middle column at the North Station, click the station again when the plugin highlights it in green. If you time it correctly you can doubleclick for two bonuses. I set left-click to 'walk here' to avoid using an incorrect potion. Also process the middle potion of AAM and MML
Step 4: Spamclick the West Station until all potions are processed.
Step 5: Spamclick the Conveyor Belt to process potions until the top half ish of your inventory is done/ you are getting a lot of failures. If a Digweed spawns, the plugin will ping you, pick it and use it on an MAL.

@Wizzyhatg I only use weeds on Mal. It'll get better trust me haha. My first few runs were like 50-55 but now I consistently get like 65-70k which I'm fine with and the points per hr is sick. Youll get tthere!

An extra tip is that you can use runelite to highlight the unprocessed version of each potion so you don't lose track of which ones you've done.

if you deposit potions and they aren't the ones showing on the top right, you get way less exp and points. Once you have only a few potions left, you are highly likely to deposit a potion that doesn't show in the top right.
I do until the first 3 rows are empty or until I have less than 5 pots left, works pretty well for me

@@SettingOlmOSRS uh both, it will use up the full row of each when you turn in fails. I've changed my strategy after doing a couple hours today though, now I use the plugin 'inventory counter' until there are 21 open spaces (=7 pots left). Have been getting a lot less failed orders like that

This method is stupid money per hour rn if you use the aldarum to make goading potions, not sure about regens cause the herb is hard to get but that might be way more

What do you mean at 3:30? You used way more than the top half of the inventory. Why didn't you dump all of them, but still had 4 remaining?
He's mostly worried about the 'Mixitalot' potions for points it seems. You don't wanna turn those in without the requests.
Since he keeps them at the bottom they won't be pulled unless they're required. Also he's adding digweed to them so they're worth more points when turned in correctly.

My plugin is broken and doesnt highlight the first station for the quick-action. Am I missing a setting or is the thing broken?
Assuming you're talking about the crystallizing bench. You have to click as the 5th air bubble that your character is pumping enters the tube. The click also works if you click is just before that 5th air bubble spawns
ive modified this method a bit:
Make potions in the following order.
AAA, AAM, AMM, AAL, ALL, MML, MLL, MAL, MAL
Repeat 3 times. make one extra MAL on the last round to fill entire inventory
do Crystalize 9 times in a row
Do Homogenise 9 times in a row
Do concentrate 9 times in a row
When you get a digweed, you create a MAL potion, add it to it. and move that MAL to the 3rd last slot in the inventory
If you are lacking one particular currency, you swap out the AAA potion with that currency
Fill the last slot with whatever I just do MAL for simplicity
if you make any mistake in this order, just let it be and keep the pattern going.
the order is designed so the priority is A before M before L. But MAL is placed last to reduce the chance of them being used for refreshing the order table when there is no valid orders in your inventory. this is probably slightly slower but its way more friendly for my brain and way easier to autopilot for me
tried out a similar strategy for this, now i just need to remember the 9 long order (which i wrote down using tile markers), & repeat 3x, instead of messing around with a million screen markers
why prioritse A > M > L when points are needed for rewards in opposite order?
@@horner5435 it's not my priorities for points, but rather how the system is ordered for making it easier to remember which potion you make next after the previous
About to go do, whats the difference with the new pot setup thats linked in description? Are those pots better to do
At a guess, looking at what's changed, Liplack (LLL) added and lye prioritized most with mox 2nd and mox last since that's the ratio the rewards require.
I'd have to double check, but it might be in level order descending as well. (Higher level at bottom)
You wanna prioritize higher level potions being turned in on request, so keepin' lower level pots at the top means they'll get turned in first when off request.

This is purely mini game mechanics, I don't see them nerfing it
Supposedly some EHP Andy's on twitter were mad and tweeting about it, nerf or change is possible.
(Likely a limit to the number of potions that can be in your inv at once if I were to guess)
@@holdenwoofter5896 Yeah either that or a cooldown to how fast you can deliver the potions. As clever of a solve as this is, it's definitely well above what Jagex intended the minigame to give and would constitute a "bug" on their end so they may end up fixing it. Though who knows, the community's already shitting itself in anger over this patch anyway so they might leave it alone just for that reason, who knows?

How do you know when to stop turning in potions??
people stop once theyve turned in a decent chunk of them. usually like 12-16 of the non MAL is where once you no longer can fill an order go and make more pots. plugins likely will improve to help this decision making.

He MUST, because I'm only currently getting 50k xp/hr and 6k pts/hr with this method (i can't make MALs yet). so there's NO WAY you're making 12k pts each an hours, haha.
@@queerheartsfiberartsI don’t think this method is worth it without MAL. Handing in single potions is better in your situation. This method relies heavily on MAL because the more order refreshes you get the more chances at MAL plus this method spawns more digweed that should be used for even more points with MAL. There’s a video that breaks this down but I forgot who made it.
Find travag video on mixology he explains it. Multiple potions method is actually better if you can’t make MAL

It looks like both the digweed spawn rate and the speed of processing unfinished potions both scale with your herblore level.

dont turn in all, the more you turn in the less correct ones you get, for the ones that give less point whatever but for the mixed ones, expecially MAL its not worth it

Still very doable without plugins if you pay attention. The crystalizer is you click on the 5th pump. The agitator, you click when you see the sparkles.
Saying it’s the highest herblore xp per hour is just wrong. U aren’t accounting for the time to make the potions. Also commenting “nice video” on ur own video is just sad
? The only potential time that the xp/hr counter won’t consider is the initial set of potion making.. which I’m sure the founders accounted for.. which was only 1 minute 30 seconds

It takes 2 seconds to get those secondaries, and goading/regen are insanely strong potions
realistically, u only need regen at a few spots (like inferno), not worth making for regular activities.
