Can’t believe you can fly that far in such a short amount of time. Really have enjoyed all your adventures, all the different states, towns, shops and restaurants bet your little fur babies will be glad to get home, you might be as well.
Do y'all live in Charlotte? We're from Raleigh and just beginning our camping adventures (just sold our Carolina Beach condo). Looking forward to exploring the rest of the state. Not quite ready for the boonies and tents lol... We're going to start with RV camping and places with good cell service. Baby steps!

We landed a week ago tonight from Phoenix…had not flown since 1997. I had no idea they (AA) charged extra just to reserve seats..otherwise, you stand a good chance of not flying..they over book. I listened to a customer rep in Phoenix tell passengers trying to board that they overbooked our flight. Several had to rebook another flight. Other than this, everything else went very smooth.
We have not had that happen to us, and we didn't pay extra to reserve seats. We did pay extra to upgrade. However, we have been sitting in the airport, and heard them make announcements that a flight was overbooked, and asking people to voluntarily agree to another flight. Our son was talking to us tonight, about having to pay to pick your seat. We didn't know what he was talking about, and now you're saying the same thing. Fortunately for us, we have not had to do that yet. Glad you had a safe flight to and from Phoenix. Hope you enjoyed your trip.
