I saw on Bronco6g, you can remove the volume limiter for the rear speakers with Forscan (if you wanted to connect to them for signal). I plan on trying it, installing new 4" speakers and a rockville under seat sub on my black diamond 2 door
I'm close by in East TN too. Looking to upgrade my terrible stock 6 speaker setup. Good job on this. Not sure if I'll ever get to it, but would sure love to
Can you tell me which wires on the driver kick panel speaker are power and ground? I know the 2 middle ones are going up to the 4" but not sure which is which for the 6.5
What he said, the issue I found is most of the accessory wires now run on delayed accessory or have some computer control which was too inconsistent to turn the amp on/off. The switches turn off with the key so it’s perfect. Side note: the chime is loud if your gains are too high.
Nice install ! You gave me some new ideas with your Amp choice. I may do the same for my Badlands install. 1 question, do you think an extra battery or cap will be needed for more extended periods of play?
They say caps are garbage and a waste of money. I'm getting ready to do a full system on mine. I'll post videos of my install. Running an extra battery not a bad idea.
I don’t have any issues , it depends on how potent your setup is. I was going for compact and clean sound. If your throwing two 12s in the back then I would add the cap to save my alternator
Have you tried that brand? the reviews are great and it’s been bullet proof in boats, UTVs and this bronco. I was a roadshop manager back in the circuit city days I loved my Alpine, MTX, Rockford, and JBL stuff but for a small amp under the seat with 8 channels this is hard to beat. Don’t knock it until you try it.
@@greenbackgrangetn3663 is it even still running? 10 gauge for an amp that calls for an 80 amp fuse? i imagine it has 4gauge inputs. you're starving the thing
Dude! I’m already super impressed by the intro- you pulled me in with that! 😂😂

I need to get on that, running it jumped on two channels sounds fine it would be nice to have a true 4 channel signal!
you can turn the chime down with forscan and make the rear speaker outputs much better
Ford going to make a killing reselling the grill guards! 😂

Yeah it’s worth it I cannot stand the oem base system
Appreciate the video, Answered some questions I had. Thank you.

No power and ground just positive/negative for the additional speaker. They are tied together if I recall I'll have to check
Great info thanks!
Happy to help!
Where did you ground the amp?
Where did you tap for the remote wire?
He said blue wire under the hood for switch 5. That’s what I wanted to know to

See comment above
Spent $65k for a Ford Bronco and spent $500 on a bad sound system. WTF. Rockville audio? lmao!
its a shame you used such crap equipment.
