Cancer and chemo are positively brutal. I'm glad you were able to have the lovely outing at the farm. Time with animals and in nature are good for the soul. Your Tanis is a beauty and suits you - and fits beautifully. Your friends will love the beret and cowl. Always rest when you need / want to, it's so important when you're going thru such crap. I make everyone who stops by for whatever reason leave with SOMETHING. Even if they just throw it away after they leave, it is out of my house! I am at the hematologist every Tuesday for blood tests, my white count is way up, and they dont know why, so may have to have another bone marrow biopsy , trying to cope with dizziness, and balance issues at the moment, and as you know fatigue. I wrote you a note but then managed to make it disappear 😢. I’m happy you had that lovely farm interlude with Himself on a good day. Those are such special moment in the brutality of chemotherapy. Glad you have all the warm woollies to keep you comfy. I developed a real appreciation for them and am especially enjoying them now as we move into the snowy weather. Enjoyed seeing you… I related to knitting the beret for your friend with the large head. My granddaughter in-law has a large head…she wanted a black beret for Christmas 2023 which I did make for her using the large size of the pattern…..ended up being a little too large.😏 I suggested that she wash it and put it in the dryer which worked as she says she loves it and requested a pink one for 🎄2024. My daughter Cheryl bought 4 alpacas and one llama about a month ago….I haven’t met the “ladies” yet…but looking forward to meeting them…lol
