For folks commenting to undo the yoga sweater - just keep in mind she is heavily boosting the exposure and brightness in that section of the screen so we can actually see the item. The dye lot difference, like she said, is probably minimal in person. Like your opening says - imperfections are part of the process and this definitely isn’t the worst kind of imperfection to leave 🥰
#pattern The Minto sweater is my favorite! It’s sooo pretty. I love how the cable change and have different thicknesses. Can’t wait to see your winter knitting plans ❤
My stripe hype is in KnitPicks Wool of the Andes. The undyed does lean warm/yellowy but the cool-toned stripes toned it down. It's "Rustic yet buttery" feeling and might be one of my most work knits this season.
26:42 made me laugh out loud lol. I love your channel!! I'm no where near your level but I just got into knitting and I'm watching all your videos while I learn xx
Before anything just let me tell I loved your picture with the short pink-orangey color, you look so pretty!! Your crochet sweater is adorable too. And secondly not that ever win but her I go #pattern I will love the Bloomfield sweater.
I spotted your demarcation w a maker's eye. but, even as a picky knitter, I'd let that go! nobody but us chickens would spot it, if even! love your videos. I'm here for it all-- knit chat, christmas decor and puppy exits. 🐾❤💚🧶
I took a sewing course several years ago. When these types of ’mistakes,’ came up, my teacher always said; ’…you will be moving around too fast for anyone to notice!!’ And I think of that a lot with my knitting. Don’t rip it out!! #pattern All Good Tee
Hi Nora, I always look forward to Saturday mornings and the release of your weekly podcast! I love your philosophy of the imperfections making something so perfectly handmade. So, with that in mind, keep your yoga sweater as is, knowing how much work and effort went into knitting it yourself! #pattern - I think the Minto Sweater is my favorite knitonomy design and would love to be gifted the pattern
I have never knit one of Magdalena’s patterns but I love so many of them! I can’t decide whether I love the Grayling Sweater VNeck #pattern or the AllGood dress more but I think Im leaning toward the cables at the moment ❤
You have created another engaging and high quality episode. I thoroughly enjoy your innovative graphics (like the star light) and appreciate the amount of work you pour into each video! 🌞
Loving how your projects are coming along! I first heard of the Ruke Bid-off when i knit the Darling Cardigan by KutovaKika (which is a great pattern). Love how the My Jose Hood is looking, I need to knit one too 😃
I’m using knit picks bouncy Boucle for a test knit right now…..it’s gorgeous. really want to make the Allgood Dress….its Summer here and I think it would be the perfect dress 😊
#pattern I would love the Grayling V neck sweater! I already purchased the Allgood dress after seeing yours! I just bought everything to make it and can’t wait to get it started!
What a lovely episode! I absolutely love your color choice for the Knit Picks yarn, and I can’t wait to see your fantastic sweater. If I had to choose a #pattern, I’d be super excited to knit the Minto Tee!
Hi Nora! All of your knits are beautiful and I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again….Your stitches are so even and beautiful that it’s hard to believe you’ve only been knitting for about 2 years now. Awesome! #pattern - I like the Deering hat pattern by Magdalena Parker. So many beautiful patterns, it’s hard to choose! Happy knitting and Merry Christmas!
I actually am super intrigued by Magdalena Parker’s Fresno hat. The way the cabled sections decrease look really cool. Really enjoyed this episode and loved seeing the updates on your projects! #pattern
I finished a Felix cardigan out of the High Desert Tweed a few weeks ago, and I love it! The yarn is so soft and beautiful! I’m excited to see what you make with it!
Hi Nora, thanks for the great podcasts! I also use an iPad for my patterns. I file them in the normal files app but before I start using them I import them into Goodnotes and then do all my marking up as I go. It's a brilliant app and a good backup for your patterns. Hope that helps.
You are so adorable! I love your enthusiasm and how really smart you are with your knitting, especially being a relatively new knitter! Lovely objects🥰
I love your christmas dress sweater & love the way you are not afraid to try things out & have such a joy doing it. Always watching your podcasts, even without any knitting time (I have an 8 month old girl) & thinking of what to cast on next while having like 10 wips going.... 😅 #pattern grayling cardigan
Exciting! Good luck to everyone in the holiday give-a-yay! I would luv to knit up the Grayling Sweater V-neck. I'm imagining it oversized and cozy for the wintertime. ❄️
I'm gonna have the give-a-yay jingle in my head! I bought Knit Pick's boucle yarn in the sale too, in the blue colorway for mittens and the red colorway for a sweater (I think they're all named after drinks.) I'm planning to hold it double with some fingering weight merino, whenever I find some I like. Happy holidays!
I’m so glad I’m not the only one 😂😂😂 I feel like the boucle with merino will make for the squishiest most cozy accessories ever! And a squishy sweater?! I’m eager to hear how you like it!! Happy holidays to you!
Loved watching as always! I did see the color difference line, but probably just because of the high exposure edit. I love Magdalena's pattern, and I'd love to have the Allgood Dress ☺
The minto sweater #pattern is so beautiful! Every time you wear yours, I get even more inspired to cast it on! I did notice the demarcation line on the body and sleeve. I can't remember if it had short row shaping in the back...if not, I'd just make the front the back and leave it lol
Until you write the pattern for that fun holiday crochet sweater, I would love to try the Grayling V-neck. But really, I want that sweater from your video. So cute!!
I love your Grayling Sweater/Dress. I would love to win that pattern. Your Boucle sweater is also so cozy looking. Hope that the Knit Picks yarn works for that pattern. That yarn is such a fun color.
Another lovely episode, I always have such a good time listening to you talk about all your beautiful knitting☺️ On the Yoga Winter Sweater, I'd definitely keep it as is... especially if you feel like it's barely noticeable and you're not bothered by it, why undo all that hard work!
I so enjoy your videos. You are the reason I am beginning my knitting journey!! I think this craft is so beautiful! I am looking forward to beginning this journey. And do not change a thing on your sweater. It's beautiful! It's hand made it shouldn't be perfect. Thank you for taking us on your journey and showing us that it's ok to be imperfect. I would love to be gifted the "Allgood Tee" by Magdalena Parker, Thank you for such a generous gift.
I think we are seeing the difference way more on screen because of the spotlight you put on it. I wonder if when you block, the section you think is more saturated with more dye will bleed a bit and lighten up. I would say not to rip ALL that out. Not sure it’s worth it! But it is beautiful!
Love your energy and all the crazy fun edits/graphics in your episodes. #pattern This year I'm into everything 'v-shaped', and would love to knit the Grayling Sweater V-neck, which is spectacular. Happy knitting (and folding)!
Love that minto sweater!! I look forward to your podcast every week! Love that yoga sweater it's going on! My queue for 2025 and that artemnesia sweater ❤️❤️
Because of where the dye lots change in the sweater it almost gives the look of color blocking with the way it goes along the bottom of the front and then where it picks up with the sleeve. It is noticeable on the screen because of how you brighten the screen so we can see, but I can imagine in person it really won’t be a big deal once it is all done. The high desert tweed is a yarn I’ve been wanting to try so I’m excited to hear what you think about it. Looking forward to your winter knitting plans!
Finally, all work is done and it’s Nora time! All Christmas decorating done so now it’s time to start the crazy Christmas knitting! 14 days to make 6 hats! Wish me luck!
I’m excited to see how the pink boucle turns out! It’s so pretty! I have plans to knit the Minto Tee in the spring- I think it will be perfect for me to wear to work!
Maybe you could try the Notability App for your patterns? I love it because I can organise them in folders and add handwritten annotations, photos and voice notes.
You’ve inspired me to stash dive for yarn to make that garter hooded scarf - I think I have some deep red that would be just the right pop with grey or navy coat. I’d love to knit the Minto sweater in a pretty mid-tone blue grey.
OMG I love your crochet sweater! So fun and ingenious! ❤🧸⛄️🎅🏻🎄 That’s awful about your iPad notes. I use the notes app on my iPod and I’ve noticed that the search function hasn’t been working like it used to. I know I’ll need to upgrade to an iPad mini eventually. Thank you for the heads up! I do use the ICloud backup but have found that to frustrating too. Ahh technology…
If you can't see the difference in the yarn except up close keep it as is. #pattern the V neck grayling sweater would be great gift knit for my hubby :)
I love your Grayling sweater so much that I order some fluffy yarn to make one for myself. #pattern hoping that it will be my Christmas cast on 🎄🎁 and j st like you I couldn't resist Jose hood, get the pattern as soon as it was released 😁however, still thinking on my yarn choices
Oh my goodness I love the give-a-yay theme song 😆 so cute!! I’m super interested in the grayling sweater! It looks like such a fun way to knit a cabled sweater 🤩 Merry Christmas season!! #pattern
I'm in love with the Grayling! Also, you've really inspired me to get back into garment knitting this year. Thank you so much for the inspiration and for the joy your videos bring each week!
#pattern I think the Bloomfield Sweater is absolutely stunning!! I would love to knit that one day!! ❤ Thank you for another joyful, fun, and warm video, Nora! You are so appreciated 🥰
So so so so excited to see how the Grayling Sweater will look as a dress! You never fail to inspire me to take risks with my knitting especially around the gift knitting season! #pattern I've been obsessed with the Bloomfield Sweater lately :)
I would not frog! If you are happy with it thats what metters. And I totally agree with your sentiment that it is most likely to look like a shadow if even noticeable! And I would love to knit the Minto Tee #pattern.
I really like your choice of yarn for the hooded scarf. I think it will look very nice with all the dark brown garments you’ve been making lately. Regarding the yoga sweater, I would put it on and look at it in different kinds of lighting. That would probably give you a better idea of how the finished product will look and help you decide if the color difference will bother you enough to want to rip back.
Your knitting looks amazing as usual! Looking forward to seeing the pink boucle sweater!!! And can’t wait til the winter plans video too! I’d love the #pattern minto hat!
Nora you are just so kind for hosting a give-a-yay!! 😭 (how cute is the name oh my gosh)!! Also I would love the all good tee!! Knitonomys patterns are absolutely gorgeous! ❤️❤️ #pattern
#pattern. I’ve been planning to knit the Minto sweater or the Grayling so either works for me! I have not missed a podcast yet. I just love your energy and philosophy around imperfections.
The demarkation is not that noticeable. It’s a lovely sweater and I wouldn’t worry about it. It’s the small imperfections that make our hand knits look handmade❤️
I would not rip back the Yoga Sweater-yes I saw the lines of demarcation immediately but as you said, in movement no one is going to notice that at all! Perfect color on you😍Oh and my yay is her Bloomfield Sweater❤This is generous of you-thank you!
I LOVE the Christmas sweater and am so happy to see it return this year. The neckline is genius. I cannot wait to see the Popping Candy knit up. And the Yoga sweater looks great. Is the dye lot different when you spotlighted it? Yes, but before you put the spotlight on it, I couldn't see it. The change in the yarn is at the waist, which falls differently anyway. Well done! I also can't wait to see the dress. Happy Holidays/ Christmas 🎄! And happy knitting 💚🧶🩷
Absolutely love your crochet Christmas jumper 😍 The colour difference in the yoga sweater is pretty obvious where you've highlighted it but I don't think it'll show in normal conditions 😊 #pattern I love the Minto sweater ❤
#pattern minto sweater! I think your yoga winter sweater looks great in that chocolatey brown color and the dye lot demarcation won't matter in practicality when you're wearing it!
I think your Yoga sweater will be just fine. Worst case, you can over dye it in the future! I asked for the High Desert Knit Picks yarn for Christmas and gave my partner like three colors to chose from, Piñon Pine was on the list, super excited to see what she picked. Also, currently obsessed with Palette, like seriously a great yarn and value and the color choices! Can’t wait to see your finished bright hood. The Minto #pattern is a fav, I will knit it someday! As always, TYSM for another great video.
When I used a different dye lot accidentally, I didn’t notice until I was almost done with the sweater. It seemed to be less noticeable once I blocked it. The difference on the yoga sweater doesn’t bother me and it may improve upon blocking, too.❤ The Grayling or Mento #pattern would be lovely to knit.
My favorite Magdalena Parker pattern is her Minto cushion. I can definitely see the line of demarcation on your yoga winter sweater on camera, but hopefully when you wear it the difference won't be so noticeable. I can tell that you just want to get it done and enjoy it! ❤🧶
I ordered kp boucle too but I did notice the yardage. I ordered the aloft mohair to pair together. Pallette really tends to bloom so it is a better choice.
Since I have seen the minto sweater on your channel I want to knit it myself :) it would be my first cable knit but you have kind of encouraged me to do so, as it was one of your first knits ever (if i remember correctly) 😊 #pattern
Thank you for another awesome episode. Your work is so great and I love sitting down with a coffee, a friend and my coffee. Great way to start my weekend! Wishing you happy and peaceful holidays!
First I wanted to say don't frog the yoga sweater ! Yes I could see it but I believe it was due to the bright light. I like the Minto sweater because the cable are very pretty.
I’m so with you!! It’s definitely wayyy more obvious with that section all over-exposed! I promise it’s barely noticeable in real life!
I would just leave the sweater. Any issues/mistakes in my makes are much more evident to me than to anyone else! 🩷
The yoga sweater I would take someone willing to be honest with you outside with it to the sunshine and ask them.
I’d leave it as is ! Xoxo
I like the difference. To me it looks like a planned slight color change at the bottom & sleeves.
#pattern The Minto sweater is my favorite! It’s sooo pretty. I love how the cable change and have different thicknesses. Can’t wait to see your winter knitting plans ❤
It makes it so engaging to knit up too!! Good luck!! Thank you 🥰
My stripe hype is in KnitPicks Wool of the Andes.
Hahahahaa I am so glad! I crack myself up lol. Thank you so so much for watching! I only learned last year! I believe in you!!
Before anything just let me tell I loved your picture with the short pink-orangey color, you look so pretty!! Your crochet sweater is adorable too. And secondly not that ever win but her I go #pattern I will love the Bloomfield sweater.
Aww thank you do much!! I’ve had some crazy hair in my days and that one was certainly a favorite!
I spotted your demarcation w a maker's eye. but, even as a picky knitter, I'd let that go! nobody but us chickens would spot it, if even! love your videos. I'm here for it all-- knit chat, christmas decor and puppy exits. 🐾❤💚🧶

Knit Companion is the BEST knitting tool ever. I tell everyone about it!

I use goodnotes for my patterns and marking them up. I find it works better than keeping them under files on the iPad.
🎉 loving your videos! I would LOVE to make a Grayling dress like yours from the sweater #pattern ❤

I love the new pink boucle you bought-can’t wait to see you knit it up! Of Knitonomy’s patterns, I like the Minto the best.

Missed this yesterday, spent the weekend at Foxwoods lol
I have always loved the Grayling sweater and was excited to see you are working it as a dress! Thank you for the giveaway!
OMG I love your crochet sweater! So fun and ingenious! ❤🧸⛄️🎅🏻🎄 That’s awful about your iPad notes. The minto sweater is on my list for 2025! Love your progress. It helps keep me motivated
I love the minto sweater #pattern your an awesome person can't believe i want here at 9:30 😅 it was Christmas tree day
I would not frog! If you are happy with it thats what metters. And I totally agree with your sentiment that it is most likely to look like a shadow if even noticeable!
And I would love to knit the Minto Tee #pattern.
AAAAnd! I love your Christmas sweater!
I can’t wait to see how your pink knit picks version of the sweater turns out!
Your knitting looks amazing as usual! Looking forward to seeing the pink boucle sweater!!! And can’t wait til the winter plans video too! I’d love the #pattern minto hat!

thank you, love your background and all your makes! Ordered the boucle you mentioned to make that same sweater! Thanks for warning on ipad notes.
#pattern I love the Allgood dress pattern as it is a classic that you could wear forever. Your styling it months ago was especially inspiring!😊
The demarkation is not that noticeable. It’s a lovely sweater and I wouldn’t worry about it. It’s the small imperfections that make our hand knits look handmade❤️
Hi Nora,I want your Christmas sweater, I love it 😍also you make me want to knit Jose Hood, i think it's a brilliant idea. 😘
I love your Christmas sweater!! I think the Popping Candy colorway will be such a awesome Artemisia sweater!
I would not rip back the Yoga Sweater-yes I saw the lines of demarcation immediately but as you said, in movement no one is going to notice that at all! Perfect color on you😍Oh and my yay is her Bloomfield Sweater❤This is generous of you-thank you!
Nice yarn choices. My order should arrive today. I only ordered sock yarn. A bunch though. I’m super excited.

I ordered kp boucle too but I did notice the yardage. I ordered the aloft mohair to pair together. Pallette really tends to bloom so it is a better choice.
I would love to try the mohair/boucle combo at some point!! It’s seems really cozy!
check the dye lot for KnitPicks bubbly boucle. You bought them separately. So they may be little different.
Since I have seen the minto sweater on your channel I want to knit it myself :) it would be my first cable knit but you have kind of encouraged me to do so, as it was one of your first knits ever (if i remember correctly) 😊 #pattern
#patter Grayling Cardigan looks so amazing! ❤ Thank you for all your upbeat videos😃
Thank you for another awesome episode. Your work is so great and I love sitting down with a coffee, a friend and my coffee. Great way to start my weekend! Wishing you happy and peaceful holidays!
I would love to make the Grayling cardigan 😍
First I wanted to say don't frog the yoga sweater ! Yes I could see it but I believe it was due to the bright light.
I like the Minto sweater because the cable are very pretty.
