You have to keep in mind that the Eifel Region is for sure one of the worst real estate Regions of Germany due to high unemployment rate, people leaving the area, low birth rate. Very less companies to work for...
Keeping this in mind the prices are far to high under these interest rate conditions.

You can't have one without the other.
You can't have the Autobahn with sections of unlimited speed and at the same time a liberal regulation allowing crazy project cars and/or no or only minor safety checks.
That would be the perfect recipe for disaster.
And looking at the statistics you can see that in the US this lack of regulation isn't working in first place. The US have strict speed limits but higher numbers of traffic related deaths (relative to population size) than Germany.
Obviously our strict safety checks, rigorous training to get the driving license and strict regulation on modifications has a greater impact on road safety than the speed limits.

The 3rd house for 85k euro... Thats a steal price even after curency exchange for such beautiful house and minimalistic simple neighbourhood...
Id happily sell my current house and buy that...if im looking to migrate to nurburgring 😘

Your channel is called Misha Charoudin, not a trip around the nurburgring or cars to see. I follow because you seem like a decent kid, and the vid you put up in 20 walking around the ring when the snow hit was stunning. This vid was informative and very interesting.

Keep in mind that there is not much employment in that area. Koblenz/Trier/Köln, yes, but unless it's Ring-related (for how long still?) or you can work completely remote, might want to think twice about it.

IN-SANE prices over there... Just crazy to think that these houses, let say the last one in the video (€225.000,-) would cost up to €800.000,- here (Amsterdam area). Makes me wonder, why not sell our house and live there. Such a beautiful area, nature and of course the track nearby.... Wow

It would also help international buyers if you would be so kind to mention in which country the property is.

The most important thing in germany, after you bought a house in germany? Well you need to fill out a document wich is called "GRUNDSTEUERERKLÄRUNG!" Wich is so overcomplicated, that even germans struggle to understand how to fill it out properly😁✌️

Man I wish I was at the ability to work from home, something internet based obviously, I would love to move near to the Ring and be able to head there whenever I wanted. I loved the "car guy's" home, loved the plot, the interior, and no groundskeeping lol. 😅

Loved today's video. Used to watch Homes under the hammer on BBC. So interesting. House prices in the UK are mad right now. I bought my 1st house 12 years ago now. The last house shown would be perfect. 😂. Maybe a option for retirement. ✌😂

    • @Peanutdenver

Indeed and property around the Ring is considerably cheaper than here in LA, which is ridiculous even when you have money. I have the opportunity to work in the UK for the next 5 years and I'm very tempted as things are a bit rough here in the City of Angels...on almost every level.

In the village everyone calls this house "The Small House" it makes us laugh as we came from London and a small flat. it is far bigger than anything we could have dreamt of buying i the UK.
