Live this idea. Just wish quintet required the members of team actually be members of the gym they represent
team alpha mail cough cough
@@USER-qs9od they deliver mail better than any other gym!
Yeah actual teams is 🔥
It's been a while since I've seen a fight and wondered how it finished. That kneebar was beautiful from Gregor Gracie.
Quintet is hands down the most entertaining Submission grappling event out there. I hope they incorporate more catch wrestling teams and they keep this announcer lol. Also i was really hoping that the teams would come out in uniform to make it seem a little bit more consistent. other than that, it's awesome. It's also good to see the ref's calling stalling so quickly,
where can we watch more of this style of comps! that was highly entertaining!
I'm pretty sure that's the announcer that did pride. lenne hardt I believe. I find her voice to be very hyped up during pride days
It is.
mgiselsalvador36 I thought it was Meisha Tate
mgiselsalvador36 this comment is the best example of “putting it lightly” that I’ve ever seen in my life and ever will. Thank you.
They fucked up getting this “announcer”
@@Isejankhonojanem nah. She is great. I had no idea who she is. Only got into mma in the last couple of years.
Love her style.
Have to look up more events with her just to get more impressions from her work.
This is great stuff. Thanks UFC!
That was amazing! Craig Jones is a beast.
No he isn't, dude is a dirty grappler.
First time I've seen smothering in a comp, I don't like it.
@@Eric-xf8ke because of the smothering? You cant just call someone dirty. Why
@@bearsuo1759 i dont either. Especially on those rear naked chokes. Either panic and get choked or let yourself get smothered and basically no oxygen is getting to your brain or muscles.
@@Eric-xf8ke shut up you tart
the ending to that last match was INTENSE. Amazing work by Craig Jones.
That ankle lock was so painful to watch.... it was so deep and tight and boogeyman still didnt submit... legend
44:06 When someone won't take a hint about how bad their breath is!
I kept flinching thinking someone was about to throw an elbow or fist.
More of this UFC!!!
I met Gregor Gracie while driving around town on Sunny Isles in Florida. I stopped the car as soon as possible to greet him and he was so nice. I managed to take a picture with him.
Nothing beats the expression of Richie being foot locked
"There is a lot going on"
Great analytical insight. Thank you.
Screw the UFC I can watch this all day.
Richie Martinez vs Craig Jones: That's a Caio Terra Footlock ;-)
That’s a great lineup. Bunch of killers. I need Craig to do commentary on every match he isn’t in though. I’d be amazed by the grappling and getting an ab workout from the laughter.
this format is rocking. I love it. Kudos to Kazushi!!
the "bruce buffer" type guy is nuts in this!
That's a woman she's been around since pride and k1
Thats the pride lady, she did announce for Dream, Pride, K1, Rizin and god knows how many other promotions
casual
@@Rob_Kankerboef so sick!
hahahahahahahah
Most Gangsta Grappling' Grappling Tournament Ever!*
That 30:40 Armbar was great. The immediate tap
not an armbar, but nice try
Thats a kimura dude :)
Thats a kimura brav. Still you're right it was awesome
love the guy doing the announcing, and the epicness of it all! the musc, the walkouts, and also being able to hear the corner! this is somethin special.
I'm watching this at work in and out, but I love fighting, how clean and beautiful a dance of death and these guys make it look simple thanks UFC, please more of this
I came for the thumbnail of the bearded guy in agony 😁
Im jealous of these dudes who can defend deep submissions, without fear of being unable to walk or use that limb for a week!
This is well exciting to watch
quit bjj at purple belt 4 stripe due to busyness of work n family, been a long time since I been on the mats. saw this wondering if I could still remember everything and keep up. glad I could, hope to get back on the mat some day
OMFG! THEY WALK IN TO DEPECHE MODE?! I've never loved 10th planet this much before. One of my favorite albumbs.
I'd be interesting to see the likes of the Diaz brothers compete, maybe Kron Gracie or Tony Ferguson.
Theyd get whooped
Cdog 95 unfortunately your right lol
Except Kron is a world champion in Jiu-Jitsu so ???
@@dallaswilliamson9935 besides the Gracie obviously yeah
kron mainly gi though. nogi dudes kinda wreck up on them naturally
This event was FIRE.
Gay
Thats a good format and nice to watch! But I would like the commentators to introduce themselves and the rules also.
That fight at 33:17 was awesome! Richie Martinez avenging his younger brother.
Jiu Jitsu is like trying to put a puzzle together that is constantly changing shape and order every second. Honestly, one of the most interesting martial arts out there. its easy for people to overlook it.
Eddie “there it is” Bravo.
enjoyed this
Holy fuck these guys are technically sound I’m shocked by pjs performance just absolutely amazing
The best showing of grappling and peer jujitsu at its finest thanks boys for putting on a great show
Got my first Caio Terra Lock in competition yesterday. Craig Jones getting Geo Martinez with it was my inspiration!
*Richie
And congratulations.
