My theory of why some people who watch your videos are not subbed is probably because they haven't signed up for UA-cam or are not signed in. Try whatever you want to get all your viewers to sub but just know some can't cuz they are not signed in :/ Another theory is that they find one of your vids in their recommended take a quick pit stop on your channel and watch a few vids and don't sub then go back to their homepage but I think the not signed up theory is probably the best one.
