So basically, I use Photoshop to draw & premiere to edit. Let's take my avatar for example. I drew all of the poses in Photoshop, and I use cut transitions in premier to go from pose to pose.

When you see smooth motions like when the piggy bank was floating up and down, I simply used key frames in premier to do that.
