  • I have cooked turkey just about every way there is and this is MY FAVORITE. If MOIST and DELICIOUS is what your looking for, then try this. Thanksgiving turkey will be perfect if you use this step by step process. Using the pan and vegetables along with the broth will insure that your turkey doesn't dry out. The charcoal gives it a mild smoked flavor that will be sure to please all of your guests. Don't make YOUR MOM'S old dry oven bird. I'm also going to show you my TOP SECRET "Kick Ass' gravy that just puts this dish over the top.

I cooked my turkey tonight exactly how you showed us. It came out wonderful. I haven't roasted a turkey in the oven for 50 years now. I have been using a Weber kettle for every bird. They have always come out great and it frees up the oven for all the other sides. You showed me an easier way! Thank You.

Looks absolutely amazing. Flipping the bird is a great tip for keeping everything even and tender. Nothing tastes better than fresh homemade bread. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!

Considering that apple juice is mildly acidic...nowhere near as much as lemon juice or vinegar, but still acidic...that brine certainly does get your turkey tender AF.

We're already set on course with our Thanksgiving recipe, but I just may use yours for the next turkey (hopefully Christmas).

Ya, I gotta do this one for sure. Where's the cranberries?!?!? I would like to see a printable recipe for your dishes. I wouldn't have to take notes that way. I know, I'm lazy and it"s more work for you but, I'm just sayin' it would be nice. I truly enjoy your presentation just as they are. Thanks for sharing.

We cook two turkeys every thanksgiving. One on the Webber and one in the oven. However, I’ve never brined my turkey. Was your turkey thawed when you put it in the Apple juice/kosher salt mixture? Also I’ve never seen gravy in the squash. Interesting. My family likes the turkey on the Webber stuffed with oyster stuffing. Would you recommend the brine with the oyster stuffing?
