Resisting Arrest: Exposes Man With Fake SSN & Collection of Illegal Possessions!

- On the 13th of February, 2023, while on patrol along Cornell Rd and Reed Hartman Highway, the detectives in Ohio noticed a red Subaru being driven by a male with an accompanying female passenger. They had just picked up another male from Birch Hill Suites, and the car was speeding. Consequently, a traffic stop was initiated by an officer who approached the speeding vehicle.
The individual seated at the back, identified as Raymond Tamboer, was acting suspiciously, with his hands raised in the air, each holding a drink. Despite providing a counterfeit social security number, and continuously shifting in his seat, an officer ran a background check on all the car's occupants. This revealed that Tamboer had felony warrants and a record of violence.
Due to the suspicious activities and false identity, officers requested Tamboer to step out of the car, but he resisted. Backup was requested, and eventually, the officers were able to extract Tamboer from the car and restrain him on the ground and handcuff him.
The other two occupants were also taken into custody. The front passenger claimed they were merely helping Tamboer, a friend, with car issues, while the driver refuted any claims of speeding.
Both occupants granted permission for a vehicle search.

“My last few arrests I was compliant…” Well that’s a sentence I will never have to utter.
😳🤣😂😂😂
Yea, not exactly the flex he thinks it is
$7,000 bond = $700. He'll be out in a day. Way to go judicial system.
I doubt he has $700 to just use for bail
It depends on the type of bond. Not all bonds carry the 10% get out of jail bond.
If they do property the bond is literally 70 bucks. The whole cash bond system is astonishingly unconstitutional, And would make the founding fathers roll over in their graves.
@@dontron6992 Bond - The court takes into account the severity of the defendant's crime and his monetary situation. If they decide it's worth $7000 in case this guy doesn't show up, then it doesn't matter where that $7k comes from. Money could come from his friend, his drug sales money, the bondsman's money, his go-fund-me account, source doesn't matter. If he doesn't show, the court gets it's $7k, no matter where the money came from. Now the bondsman goes after the defendant and he'll owe a lot more plus can be arrested again for bail jumping. He has logical and easy to see good and bad choices. Good choice = show up in court, pay only a portion of the bail. Bad choice = don't show up for court, now owe a lot more of that bail money, plus get a warrant for your physical arrest that follows you around.
It's simpler than you want it to be. Bond isn't a penalty. It's a way to lighten the load on the detention/judicial system. It's horribly expensive to afford rights to criminals. Bond makes the defendant pay for some of those rights.

Frustrates me when charges of resisting are dropped most of the time. Criminals are picking up on this and use this as an option while being detained after a law was broken.
Stupid DAs is the problem. The DAs are increasingly on the side of the criminals. That is something we need to STOP!
But it does give the police probable cause for an arrest, which usually turns up the reason why he was resisting in the first place. And that get you much better convictions. If you find drugs and weapons, that’s an easy conviction, obstruction or resisting, can be up to interpretation
I know right, that looked like the definition of resisting and they just drop the charges. wtf
It’s a fucking game. The ADA’s and defense lawyers know each other. They scratch each other’s back. The defense attorney supposedly pleads it down telling their client how great an attorney they are and the ADA still gets a conviction for their resume.

I *did* break a collarbone about 20 years ago (confirmed with x-rays). I guarantee this dude did not have a broken collarbone or, if he did at one time, it was close to completely healed or long past healed. Look at the way he's moving that shoulder around when he's listing all the way he supposedly hurts--he's moving that shoulder around pretty freely.
If he actually had an unhealed collarbone fracture, the first time he wiggled that shoulder a quarter inch, he would have received a sharp reminder that it was broken and he would have frozen that shoulder and arm into place. Been there, done that, bit my tongue so as not to shock the innocent bystanders the multiple times I forgot about the darn thing after the first week but before around the fourth or fifth week (when enough callous had built up for it not to hurt like that). I certainly would not have kept on talking and moving my shoulder although there were a couple times when I'm told my face turned green and I felt really nauseous from the pain when I forgot not to move the afflicted shoulder.
It amuses me how many of the so-called tough guys turn into the biggest snowflakes once they are immobilised. If they were really all that tough, they wouldn't be boo-hooing over how their imaginary injuries hurt.
If you knew him in real life, you wouldn't be saying any of this. I'm not defending his actions. And I can't speak on the broken collarbone, but I know him personally. If he did have a broken collarbone, that pain wouldn't phase him. And he did have a brain/spinal surgery that still gives him trouble. I can tell you one thing, he's not gonna pull any weapon on a cop.
I totally believe the guy when he said he was complying and trying to get out of the car. It also takes me several minutes to unbuckle a seat belt and figure out how to unwrap my head and arm from that very complicated device. I also always exit a car door by sliding out back first with my feet still inside the passenger compartment.
His side of story is not only plausible, but impossible for normal people to depart a vehicle in any other way.

I'm a normal person, and I always exit a vehicle feet first, as do most normal people. Seatbelts are only complicated for simpletons.
Nobody I ever saw exits a vehicle by turning their WHOLE BODY in the opposite direction, especially while 2 cops are there.

@@DrLumpy well, since you asked. Locked in the glove compartment would be best as it would require probable cause to search. Something under the seat could be found while inventorying the car if it was being towed.
The toxic waste tattoo on his head pretty much says it all.
EXCELLENT JOB!!!
what did they even inquire for his name for?? he was breaking 0 laws
All credit to that female cop.
Never trust someone who has a big ol' biohazard tattoo on their head.
Wow! Nice work to the police in getting him off the streets!
The DA is spending our money prosecuting the case, he might as well prosecute all the crimes.
It's not like Mr Tamboer will ever be a productive member of society. Trimming a year or two off by dropping charges isn't helping.
The way this dude was wiggling around so much in the back of the cruiser you can tell he is cracked out BAD.
Criminals go to cry for help when they’ve been caught:
*I CANT BWEAAVEE*
He was also heard saying “ it’s a witch hunt “!!!’ 😂😂😂
If it takes 3 cops to get 1 person in custody, they need to go be wal mart greeters
This is why i am always dubiout when i hear people insist they "werent even doing anything and the cops totally overreacted and beat me up for no reason ". When when they aren't flat out lying, they often have a pretty weird definition of "not doing anything". And if you had "the same thing the last two times you were arrested" maybe you should consider doing it differently.
"I have brain condition!" yeah, it's called being an idiot. seems to be fairly common in these videos.
It is simple.
COMPLY AND DON'T LIE!!!!
"my last few arrests....just another day at the office."
The female officer is a strong lady and has more balls, yeesh
Is it legal to demand ID from passengers for a speeding stop in Ohio? Serious question. Thanks.
It depends. If the officer has reasonable articulable suspicion that a crime was, is being, or is about to be committed by the passenger, they can ask. If the passenger matches the description of a wanted person they can ask. You don't need ID to walk around, you don't need ID to be a passenger in a car. But if identifying you helps the police to complete an investigation of a specific crime, you need to at least give a name and birthdate.
I just re-watched the video. In this case, the passenger gave a bogus SSN (there's the ARS). I still don't know if the dude had just remained silent, if they could have still demanded ID from a passenger. @@Comrade.Question
Having a collection of other people's I.d. and possessions, he has a convincing story.😆
