As a french person, the french dub of one punch man is really good and they use a rapper to do Saitama voice 😂 But is actually really good. The thing is that some are good but you'll very often find voice actors not going all out when it it comes to yell or sometimes not spelling prorpely, they detain themselves from not going all out when have to scream, most likely because maybe they lose the accent and the balance but that's the part of what make their voice good, more connected into character. Like maybe they voice accent they're going is quiet limited so when they go further they lose the accent and so different accent, or maybe cracked voice isn't good for healthy
Actually it's very hard for me to decide Eren's one because I'm so used to English VA and I fucking love Eren's voice in English... But TATAKAE is everything... So I go with Japanese 😊✊
With the potato chip scene it was like only English and Japanese had any direction for the voice actor at all. Every other language had the actor saying the line as if they were just narrating their day.

You know... the thing is in Italian we have this thing called "tonic accent" that is used to emphasize the correct vocal during the pronunciation of words, as we have some words that are spelled the same but means different things (ex. Capitàno = Captain / Càpitano = things happen) So yeah... in Italian we read Na-ru-to and Sa-su-ke as the Japanese syllables indicates.
