I really like the playthrough of this one and shows that this isn't really a game I'm going to want to play even though it looks fun with the right group. Just too many pop culture references me/my group/family are just not going to get. I'll visit my local paint store, get a bunch of paint card samples and make my own if I really want it :).
"Fly, you fools!" Gandalf yells at the fellowship at the mines while the Balrog pulls him down, so the fellowship avoids ground and goes by air instead, with the eagles that later save him
I’m usually bad at guessing games but this one was awesome I was screaming my answers right from the make 😂 and minions was definitely a no clue needed one even my kids were yelling it lol I have to get this game!!
Can't help but think this game would be better if it came with adorable pig poker chips ;) Waiting for an expansion where it's triangles, then the circles expansion ;) Thanks for another great show guys.
I was with ya on Picard Dave I got it before the first guess! The tea is because his signature was Early Gray Tea. Edit: I got Minions at the end as well that was really good way of putting it, but you should of tucked the yellow under the blue.
I'm not sure I've ever watched a full episode of Star Trek in my life, but as soon as Dave put out the first one I thought it was Captain Kirk and then my second guess was Picard when I thought 'hang on, no hair'. I'm not sure how I even knew the name. :D Think this game would bore me pretty quickly. One I'd enjoy for one game then never want to get it out again.
I played this a while back and loved it! It has a lot of potential for new gamers and for party situations. However, its replay value is limited unless more character cards are added. BTW What is the logo on Dave's chips being used to keep score? Just curious.
I thought miss piggy was one of the more obvious ones! I knew it as soon as he swapped in the yellow hair :P (Writing this before they've even guessed it!)
I watched this video way back when it first came out, and I thought to myself, this is so not for me. A couple of months ago, I had the opportunity to play it, and my conclusion was so right the first time; geez half the characters, I don't even know them! But fair play to the designer and publishers of Pantone, if they can get people to cough up £20+ for a box containing sixty cardboard rectangles, and some questions, who am I to criticise. They don't even include a scorepad, those chips, or anything to keep scores. I don't think I've ever been as scathing about a game that has been featured on GameNight before, but this one really is a crock.
Will play along... 1. I wouldn't have guessed the Iron Man without hints, don't know what the hints were. 2. I wouldn't have guessed that, even with all hints. 3. Wonderwoman would have been been my first guess, no hints needed. 4. I knew right away it was a Star Trek character, because of the badge. However because of the shirt I wouldn't have guessed until the "Tea" hint. Then I would have assumed that color was supposed to be red and just guessed Picard. Easy one, and great job by Dave. Well, minus the orange... From the rest I would have only guessed Cartman, terrible! Not good with comics.
The eagles is quite a big deal and running joke in Lord of the Rings. Tolkin use them as a type of ExMachina. I knew it was Gandalf the moment you said eagle. The only one in this whole game i actually got right.....clearly this gane is not for me either.
The one for Wonder Woman was awesome! Knew it straightaway!

Wow Nicki. That dress is amazing. I've always loved Mondrian and that looks like a twisted version! :)
One of Picard’s meme is “Tea, Earl Grey, Hot.” It was his go to drink. It makes total sense as clue 2. The wrong colored shirt screwed Dave.
came here to see this comment
The number of times Dave explained the simple rules and NO ONE was getting it lol
"Fly, you fools!" Gandalf yells at the fellowship at the mines while the Balrog pulls him down, so the fellowship avoids ground and goes by air instead, with the eagles that later save him
You apparently need to be pretty aware of popular culture, to appreciate this game.
Yeah, the game looks neat, but it's totally not for me. I'd rather play Concept, which has more general stuff on the cards as well.
Love Nikki's appropriate outfit

It seemed like Dave was starting to get frustrated at the sheer number of times he had to explain how each round works. Haha
Kevin is my fav guest!
Ducati11111 and you’re my favorite UA-cam user!
I guessed iron man too. Good job!
12:14 I thought it's Goku from Dragon ball for sure 😂

I thought that Captain Picard was Andy Griffith. The insignia looked like a sheriff's badge.

I immediately though miss piggy for Dave's, especially after he kept guessing Muppets characters
I was on Princess Peach
Don't worry Dave. I got Jack the Pumpkin king right away
It was well done.
instantly clicked on that also. I knew the movie, but not the character name.
Loving this game!
Two yellow cards underneath with the pink one on top. For Dave's final round.

Jonner, those are pigs with sayings about bacon I believe . I got them on a Kickstarter a while back.
lol Porker Chips!!!!
For Darth Vadar, I would make his lightsaber with a black and two reds.
I thought Picard was Mermaid Man from SpongeBob for sure... even a lot of the clues matched
21:46 wasn't he supposed to use just one of each color?
There is a tan color in there besides the white.
really dislike these kinds of games, but I don't mind watching you guys play it.

I think that before playing cards you should Google the character in order to make a more correct depiction
I thought headless horseman for Dave's second round.
CHARTERSTONE! Do Charterstone! :D
I was sure it was Kyle from south park
Either you guys are awesome, or this game is way too easy! Biggest issue I’ve heard is lack character cards.
Dave got robbed on Jack Skellington. I got him immediately before any clues.

I guesses iron man straight away :)
I figured I would give this game a chance since you made a video about it, but this one's not for me, sadly.
I figured the tea was because he is British.
Those clues were frustrating, ugh
Pumpkin jack
Minion
Worst organizer insert EVER for this game!
You guys are TERRIBLE at this game!
Thanks for feeling so needed to tell them that. Living with you must be a blast!
