@@PhillONeillTrumpet 😆 does dane time mean odd evening hours? If yes, then it’s true. Usually 1-2 hours anywhere from 9pm - 11pm with the practice mute. By swab, I meant a microfiber cloth with a string and a weight. I always run it through the lead pipe and tuning slide and usually all the other slides as well. I use it to soak up the internal condensation and prevent red rot.
@@PhillONeillTrumpet too funny Phill! I actually had to google whether ‘dane time’ meant anything in Australia! I am guilty of watching any of new your videos during my practice time! Usually after I get through flexibility studies 2&3, and before I move on to the scales package 🤪
I clicked a thumbs up 10 seconds in, simply for the enthusiasm during the intro.
Lol thanks Mike
Please make the same kind of video just in 2024!!!
I also keep Pepto Bysmol in all the gig bags! Saved a few shows for my fellow musicians.
I've not heard of pepto bysmol what is it?

Really enjoyed this video, Phill! I keep a polishing cloth, Hetman products, and a trumpet swab in my case. Any thoughts on the use of swabs?
Hi Francesco, good to see you here again. I hope you're not practising at the dane time again lol.
What do you mean by trumpet Swab?

Oops auto correct. I meant practising at the same time as watching these videos.
