    Interesting contrast: Making a do-it-yourself pocket hole jig, using do-it-yourself power tool hacks...then finishing up with a state-of-the-art laser-enabled CNC machine...lol! Great vid!

    If you are suggesting people make those, how about some suggestions about placement measurements for various thicknesses of material being joined. ( And the measurement from the tube to where the angled hole starts into the wood will determine part of where to put stop collar on drill bit.)
    Length of screw, and thickness of what you are joining will effect where this jig needs to be positioned relative to where screw will come out of piece with holes and enter adjacent material.

    This guy is a GENIUS...he has about 4,556,976 views, i have a bunch of ideas on how i can use my power tools that are all over my garage in cases or drawers, most of the time i spent so much time looking for them & if can`t find them, i ended up using a tool that is not made for that purpose. lol

    have you had any issues with the tubing moving (due to lack of support) after the long angled cut? I was wondering if a little epoxy might be needed but that is a very cool idea. Love your information and appreciate your time.

    Fantastic. Thank You. It is good and refreshing to see someone so craft. I see your Stand Drill and Saw, you manufactured a Holder, an Adaptor. Very ingenious. Instead of buying an expensive piece of equipment, you manufactured an in-house device/holder to accommodate a Hand Held Grinder, Portable Drill. THANK YOU.

      @@johnd942 The laser engraver is just to put his branding on the jig, and adds no functionality to the jig. if you make this jig it works without your fucking brand.

      No. Don't try that nonsense. You will harm yourself. An angle grinder is a very powerful and dangerous tool. Not meant to be rigged up like a chop saw. If you do that, it can behave unpredictably and harm you.

    Now I can make my own. Thank You. I've asked for a pocket hole jig at our hardware stores here in Australia only to be met with a blank look on the face of the so called service assistant...…...they have absolutely no idea what I'm taking about even when I show them a photograph of the jig. So much for being experts in hardware.LOL.

    Bonjour, pour Julien Vidal, je sais que la mèche est en deux parties, son problème c'est qu'il n'a pas reporté l'épaisseur de la planche et il n'a pas réglé la longueur de la mèche en utilisant une bague d'arrêt, ce qui fait qu'il n'a pas d'épaulement.

    He showed everything you need. Anything else you can change yourself to fit your needs. The only critical sizes are the tube that has to fit the drill and the angle of the cut. The angle may change for smaller or thicker material. Make new ones for different sizes.

    Супер.Нравится потому что человек взял и сделал сам.И просто деньги остались в кармане.А мы уже сколько лет живем всей страной и покупаем столько всего что вот так же могли бы делать сами а многое ведь и делали.А построить где-то свой заводик и делать это для строительных магазинов самим никому в голову не придет.....А ведь делали и краску и шпатлевку и валики и кисточки а сегодня ничего вообще.Плитку вроде как керамическую делают....Смотрел ролики их двадцати пачек небракованных наберется всего одна а все остальныеи надо думать куда рассовывать каким боком чтобы брака не было видно.

    truly amazing. i unfortunately dont have metal cutting options here rn :/ but after watching this i just may do so. not sure. all the metal cutting blades etc vs a 20-25 dollar kreg mini. sigh. however, truly amazing video, thank you for it

      You should be able to buy a jigsaw blade fairly cheap if you have a jig saw and cut it with that.

    what about drill bit? have you done it by yourself or you bought such product in shop? i have done little research and drills are 9,5mm diameter...

      there are some videos on You Tube how to make a step drill bit (you need an angle grinder or "Dremel" (like) tool.

    I love this. Primarily because your entire workshop consists of makeshift stations which use fixed hand tools. Next, I wanna see a table saw consisting of a plywood top, 2x4 legs and an upside down circular saw mounted underneath with a string or pedal for the trigger. XD

    Wow, cool as usual. Not surprised though, coz I m used to ur work being cool. Couple of questions. Is it 25 or 75 deg cut. Next, what is the offset distance for the holes from the edge and distance between the two. Please continue to keep ur last second measurements like before.       75 (90 - 15) 15 is the angle under which the screw goes into the wood.
