Hello friends...
In this video, I tried to show the construction of the "Hidden Hole Jig", also known as the "Pocket Hole Jig". This is a tool that is not in my workshop and I have been thinking about making it for a long time. Because it is needed in many wood joining works. In the wood part, which is the main element in the construction of the tool, I used hornbeam wood. Since it is necessary to use clamps to fix the tool to the wood to be drilled when drilling a hole, I tried to make it both stronger and visually more beautiful by sticking a 3mm thick aluminum sheet in order to prevent the hornbeam tree from being crushed.
In my next video I will try to make a useful stand for this tool.

Cok guzel bir video olmus eline saglik, bunu kendim de yapmak istiyorum sadece dik matkabim yok. Tasarimi guzel yanliz talasin cikis yerini biraz daha asagidan ve yine egimli yapsan belki daha iyi olabilir. Cunku cikis yerinden talas bir turlu cikamadi onun disinda cok guzel olmus :)

It's very good especially since you don't need a specific kreg drill bit or even special screws. But I wonder if with your wood bit there is not a disadvantage. Indeed the end of the bit reduced to a limited length, consequently the thickness of wood between the edge of the board and the bottom of the counterbore to drown the screw head is perhaps weak and in any case not adjustable. Çift karışım epoksi yerine İran yapıştırıcısı diye geçen yapıştırıcıyı kullanmanızı tavsiye ederim. Hem fiyat olarak hem kuruma olarak daha iyi

Bonjour. Ces trous sont dans la vidéo Stand que j'ai postée aujourd'hui. Ces trous sont nécessaires pour le réglage de la hauteur lorsque l'instrument est placé sur le support. As-tu regardé ma nouvelle vidéo ?
