Been playing with it for a while and I love it! Remember guys, this is not "cheating" coz no matter what midi u get, u still need to choose a great sound / instruments... And that on its own is art as well
Short answer: Same chord progression and same scale = same output. Different chord progression or different scael = different output. Longer explanation: feelyoursound.com/will-engine-melodies-always-sound-the-same/
Its very awkward to use, once it gives you a melody it plays from both the vst and the sound midi you choose, then you can't really edit the melody as it gives you some notes that ain't the same as the audio it produces, good idea but needs a hell of alot of work to make me think about using it...
This looks good ! Ps: Add more modern patterns in HouseEngine based on new music like those in 'spotify top hits". I find the basic patterns pretty boring
Hi Matt, thanks a lot :)! I wrote a small article about the generative aspects here: feelyoursound.com/will-houseengine-melodies-always-sound-the-same/ (applies to ChilloutEngine as well)
I run an introductory sale at the moment that will give you 30% (Standard version) or 50% (Pro version) off. This intro deal will be the best deal for the next months, so it's also the best time for HouseEngine owners to add ChilloutEngine to their tool belt :).
This looks great, and will most likely purchase 🏆 May I make a suggestion? I and many, many other computer users hate having to perform hundreds (1,000s?) of repetitive mouse clicks. Is it possible to please add midi cc mappings to the controls so we can navigate/activate functions with our knobs and buttons on our controller keyboards? I think once you have tried this buttery workflow H, you will appreciate the additional benefits of CC mapping within your apps too! 🙂
Thanks for your feedback! Regarding CCs: I totally get the point for synths and effects that operate in real time. However, I am not sure if a mapping makes sense for my Engines. I will add this to the feature request list and think about it!
@@feelyoursoundHQ thanks very much H. All I am saying is give it a hands on try (maybe trial a small subset of important / most frequently used controls?), and then see what you think. It doesn't have to be mandatory, just an option for those who want to work that way. From a UX/QA guy - thanks for your great response time and consideration 👍
Go to feelyoursound.com/chilloutengine#buy and scroll down to the bottom. You can find the purchase button for the Pro version there. At the moment, the "IntroDealPro" code is added automatically when you click on that button.
Yes, you can export MIDI in the standard version! Simply use drag and drop like shown in the video. And you are also allowed to use all generated melodies in your own productions (even in commercial ones). I wrote an article about randomness in my Engines: feelyoursound.com/will-engine-melodies-always-sound-the-same/
I have no specific instruments to recommend. But for effects, I would recommend to look into lofi effects like tape and vinyl simulations. Also a nice shimmer reverb (or the free Valhalla Supermassive) can be handy :)

Exactly! And you can always edit the resulting MIDI files and create your own spin. Like creative sampling - but with MIDI data ;)
You are a genius .. plz keep working on those engines for different genres 🔥
I would like to see a R&B engine 😇
Thank you Andrew 😊!!
purchased even though I have houseengine. please make a pop/hiphop one engine.
Thanks :)!
please R&B engine
Hauke you have a winner here!
Hi! Awesome products! What about SynthwaveEngine? 😏
Synthwave is a nice genre, too :). However, I think I will have to cover bigger genres first before I dig deeper into smaller niches.
weee need more nonthing competes
It generates too the drumbeat/drumkit pattern sequence?
Could be great that option.
No, it only generates chords and melodies, not drums!
hi! is this every time random midi ( if I use same chord), or i just give me the same midi for the same chord?

Hey Hey! Nice work on this! Thank you! 😁🙏👊
My pleasure :)!
When Funk and disco engine will be?

Hi Hauke, love all your products! Is this one generating MIDI each time or does it have MIDI inside that it transposes?

Genial!!!! I loved!
It would be nice if there was a discount code for House Engine owners.

Housengine 之后是 Chilloutengine 么?太棒了!!
Yes :)! This is the second big genre that I wanted to create an Engine for :)
How do I get the IntroDealPro code?

This is really great plugin. I have house engine and I use it all the time. Have you consider to do Synthwave engine?😊
Synthwave is also very nice :)! I will add it to the genre request list.
@@feelyoursoundHQ WE NEED EVERY GENRE LOL
hey, would you do a tutorial on how to use the softwere in logic pro x ? many thank
You simply have to add ChilloutEngine to a Logic Pro X track like any other instrument plug-in / synth. Then follow the instructions in this video :).
@@feelyoursoundHQ thank you :) will give it a go! Great software!
Can you export midi with the regular version? How random is the generator? I really don't want to have the same beats as other users.

Wow, you're a busy guy. Another cool plugin, purchased and off to play with it.
I wish you a lot of joy with ChilloutEngine :)! And I need some rest in a few days ;).
@@feelyoursoundHQ and a well deserved rest. This is going to become an everyday tool in my daily creation. Along with chordpotion of course
