- The plaintiff claims she was raped in the military, and the defendant, her son, is a product of that assault. The plaintiff loaned her son money 16 different times for personal expenses, but he hasn’t paid her back, so the plaintiff is suing her son. The defendant insists the plaintiff is controlling and denies owing his mother anything.
Despite what she's been through, she is an inspiration. Also, this woman is absolutely gorgeous.
Very beautiful. God speed to her ❤
she is beautiful and likely has always been making her a target for sickos. but she didn't let them break her
Maann! This Sister fine as a mug!!

HALLELUJAH!!! Indeed she is.
She had it so hard and still standin STRONG she's a QUEEN 👸🏿
She’s the definition of beauty, grace and success, and she’s very soft spoken as well. Wow! And after all that, she was able to get a career, raise her son and become an amazing mother we can all wish for. Amazing episode.
Absolutely!!!
Looks and beauty don't matter.
Damn this case is heavy 😤, I swear hearing things like this makes me appreciate my upbringing and makes me want to protect my daughter more.
I agree
Yessss 😔
Yes!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely!!💛💛
This was too much for me. May God continue to watch over her & her family.
She needs closure with her traumas.
Never said anything about psych therapy..
I’ll never understand how a person will take for granted someone that’s willing to bail them out like this.
Entitlement. I’d never ask my mom for money. Let alone not pay her back fully if she did.
I agree with you. I would be breaking my back to pay my Mother back or whoever... That is why I do not borrow money from People. People use to borrow money from me and never pay me back. As of 3 years ago I do not lend money out to anyone, PERIOD. I will give money or gift money out sometimes for special occasions.
@@vw1649 HALLELUJAH!!!!! That is the story of my life. I cannot tell you how many people owe me money from not having paid me back.
-Reminding your son constantly that he is the product of rape.
-Overcontrolling mother
-Shitting on male/father figures counseling her son
-Calling her son by his last name for effect.
He might owe that money, but those are the sign of a toxic woman/mother in the life of her son.
Anyone got 50 bucks i could borrows??
Omg at what she went through, that is sickening, unfortunately a lot of fostered kids go through this 😢

Trust me and not just in America, the U.K. and Irish care system is rife with abuse!!🤦🏿
Teenage Mother homes too! My Mom was 14 when she had me and my Dad was 19. Didn’t meet him until I was 17 at my graduation. I just protect my children and thank God everyday for their safety, a great Father and a even better Mother!❤
I would like to have seen more appreciation from him for his mom's love and generosity.
You are right just as I was thinking.. His mannerisms were quite stoic towards his Mother that SHOWED and showered him with her love and loans ... THANK GOODNESS the Judge made the RIGHT DETERMINATION... Hopefully SHE does get here money back
I can relate to this lady's life. I was an abused child, by my own parents. I remember at the age of two or three having nightmares and waking up crying. My father would jerk me out of bed and beat me. My mother, for some unknown reason, threw boiling water in my face. I still have problems with my skin because of it and I am 74 right now. My God people. Wake up and smell the roses! Do not treat kids like punching bags.
😭So sorry! May God Be With You Always🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽
Wishing you all the blessings moving forward!!💛👑
Sorry you had to go through that
Sorry 😢to hear that

I was able to get through this episode just almost without crying 😢 , the mother she is a stand up woman ! Her spirit is so pure I can feel it through the phone, she has done an outstanding job with raising her son. He seems to be very respectful & a decent guy. I pray for her strength to keep pushing forward. She deserves the world

Me too I kept crying! I loved the way you explained this 🥺🙏🏾💕
i didn’t ! lol i def cried really just thanking God for protecting me cause i’ve been in some questionable situations & i’ve made it out without being raped or abused etc.
Yes you can feel her pain I will meet you in prayer🙏 for her. And though it all her son is a respectful man.
As a grown man how can you be comfortable getting that amount of money from your mother and not pay her back. That’s weird to me.
Look at the male. It's not surprising. Ungrateful and emotionless.
If ya parents broke just say that,my mama give me money all the time and never asks for it back
My parents are not broke, making 6 figures, but even though I don't have to, I always pay my dad or parents back. They never want it but I'll drop it on the counter and leave 😂.
I wouldn’t feel comfortable accepting all that money from a parent without paying it back
EXACTLY!!!! I Would payback every single dime.
Yes! He knows he wrong
It’s ridiculous to not even try to give that money back knowing she went through so much and still was a good mom to you. Very loving and generous
She shouldn't have spoiled him in the first..
Such a beautiful woman and the fact she still managed to be successful. So inspirational
That was hard to watch. It’s hard to know so many people failed her and hurt her that bad. She’s a survivor
She’s a warrior! A queen! A survivor.
She respects her son so much, watch how she is listening to him and not cutting him off and not loud talkn him like most wicked mothers do.
Had I been the defendant, as her son hearing all this, I would feel some type of way about myself frfr! Some women who go thru a lot by the children's father tend to not get along with that child/children. I'm glad she wasn't that way!
Ikr.. I have a mother like that. My mom has 6 kids and treats me so bad because she went through a lot with my father before I was even born left him when I was two and I never met him he died when I was nine but I'm the only child who doesn't cause her any problems do anything that she says to this day and I'm 52 years old and she still treats me like I'm not even part of the family... She gotta love her son from a distance. He grown enough to have 3 kids he grown enough to pay his bills

Stories like hers is how my mom talked me out of enlisting.
They absolutely did not! As a female vet, this happens way more than what is told. So many of us kept it to ourselves. The military is definitely a "man's world"!
Big ups to her for still loving and supporting her child after all that mess that happened to her and how the baby came about I personally know people who hate their kids but pretend to love them and say horrible things about him because they didn't want the child... What a wonderful brave strong and driven young lady ❣️ bless them❣️
Feel terrible for her, but feel bad for her son as well. No child wants to hear these things about their parents. Regardless of how true they are.
It's better to hear it than feel it and not understand why
@@fzklan7535 You're right. However, my parents relationship wasn't nearly as traumatic but it still cuts like a knife to hear them say cruel things about each other. My heart goes out to both of them. I couldn't imagine being on either end of that trauma.

She so proud of him and he takes her for granted
Heart breaking, a number of other victims would given the child up for adoption, she is 100, she kept her son!
Sad that Doyle had to ask him if he wanted to hug his mama. He has a wonderful mama. The least you could do is be grateful and pay her back....if he's stop begging you wouldn't be this far in the hole.
It's some CRUEL people in this world man.. God bless this lady.
Between the military and the abuse, I can see what he is saying. It is very hard to be an abuse survivor while simultaneously being the one to shield your child from the throes of life. It definitely seems like she tried her best not to project on or subject her child to any of the things she experienced.
His lying ass got busted... Trying to be so nonchalant and emotionless like she just gave him all of that money lol thankfully she had the text message cause he would've gotten away with owing her. And he didn't want to hug her.... ungrateful ass
Ungrateful blk males. She didn't have to birth him. She didn't ask for him but she welcomed him, and risked her life giving him life. SMDH

*”I’m sorry it had to happen the way it did”* doesn’t quite cut it young man, and it’s not an apology. You literally stood in front of this judge, and the world, and lied about your mother loaning you money. Either you didn’t mean it when you texted it to her, or you just didn’t think she would keep the text. Things didn’t have to happen the way that they did, so take responsibility for your role. You’re a very smart young man though, I wish you and your mom the best.
This has to be very difficult for a child to hear even though he’s an adult now. His mom is still hurting from all of this.
Woooo... That ending got me in my feelings. She is an absolutely amazing human being. Even you she did the best she could, and I think she did a great job, she wants to keep being and doing better for him. Her first request was counselling and honesty, I think that was her main reason for coming on
How articulate, intelligent and beautiful of a man is he! “…I allow time to open up the next opportunity…” incredibly intellectual and aware. And yes, gorgeous like his mother. Stay blessed. ♥️⭐️
My mom called me a Warden the other day. Good thing is that I don't have to use physical punishment on my children at all. Nor do I use profanity whenever disciplining. They just know whenever I speak, I mean business. Isaiah must have a special way of getting his children's attention.
This had me 😭. Why do people put others through such hell?

This woman has really survived and been through alot so much. From the military life up till now. it is by the grace of God she survived it till this moment. Some women would not be able to survive it and stand strong like the way she's doing. As a reminder, mother's stop spoiling your kids even after when they are grown whether male or female. Because, when this type of issues arises, it becomes an inevitable circumstances to receive back. Brothers and sisters, stop collecting money from your parents and end up not wanting to pay back because, you know nothing can happen. But when they end up chasing you away from the house, you start calling them names and saying they are wicked. If this happened in some Africa countries, you dare not owe your parents and come out to say you won't pay back. You will get flogged. After they are done flogging you, you will remember that KAKI NO BE LEATHER.
This is heartbreaking I will have to come back later. I'm shouting at the screen stopping and starting because I can't believe my ears
The fact that he’s a product of rape and she didn’t abort or disown him says alot. She is certainly one of Gods strongest soldiers and even though she may not show it, I hope she is able to fully heal from her childhood and adult trauma ❤
What adds even MORE to her "testimony, strength & character" is, and I'm willing to BET, he looks juuust LIKE his father and THAT has to be EXTREMELY tough considering HOW he came to be, to say the LEAST
Pay her young man. Your mother is an inspiration. God bless her 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏. Great family. I enjoyed this. I have 😢 tears in my eyes.
He shouldn't do his mother like that by taking a loan from her, and fail to repay her some people will try to take advantage of you, even your relatives.
She's a strong woman to have survived be able to survive and tell her story. Heartbreaking.
The son gives off a sense of entitlement...🤔
Entitled! That is his problem! He believes his mother owes him. He is guilt-tripping his mom into giving him money.
The tears I cried at the end! Yah bless them ❤🙏🏾

My dad has a rule that if you ask for money & you have no intentions on paying him back, that’s fine.. let it be known & he will give you what he can.. BUT if you say “will you give me x amount & I will pay you back, he expects you to do just that.. I’ve adopted that mentality as well.

What a beautiful soul. She’s everything. I don’t have words to describe how “strong” she is. And had to be. May she always have peace and love
Wow okay that explains why when "thugs" come on the show Judge mathis be littles them and make himself seem tougher😂
My heart breaks for this mom. She is so beautiful physically and emotionally. She has such a Grace humbleness in Beauty about her. The love she has for her son is evident and I'm saddened that he could not express the same amount of Love towards her at the end. Then, to come on here and lie about the loans was just an insult. Grateful that Judge Mathis is going to help her with her struggles. She is a testimony
From the plaintiffs mom causing the effects of her kids being split into the system, from the plaintiff dealing w/ a man that verbally abused her & r*ped her, from her son having to be reminded of his mother’s testimony.... from us the viewers trying to process this all
Defendant had me going up until he lied that the money his mom gave him wasn’t a loan. Glad she produced solid evidence. The silent look on his face though. Conclusion: Children, don’t ever embarrass our parents by having them bring us to court for something that could’ve been resolved at home.
So sorry for what she had to go through. Such a beautiful beautiful women.
What I want to know is what happened to the guy that did all that stuff to her,, God bless you my Queen, I hope did you get your Justice that you deserve.
It's different in the service. He probably was simply pcs'ed to a different ship/ duty station.
She been though so much, and when she tries to escape it to go to the service to go into a new hell, and the guy terrorized her I don't understand why he was not put in jail, this is the makings of a lifetime movie.
I definitely use the same “gentle parenting style” the defendant spoke of. It’s refreshing to see.😊
STOP LOANING MONEY TO FAMILY!!!
Either GIVE them the money or tell them you dont have it.
Doing this would put a stop to so much family strife.
As a parent, as long as my children are handling their business, they can ask me for anything. I'm not the kick them out at 18 type of parent. The real world is hard and the most successful people, those who run the world always have someone they can go to for help.
Even if he assumed they were loans. Once he got on his feet if his mom whom he say has always taken care of him asked for repayment he shouldve said he thought it was a gift but he would be glad to pay her back. She has spoiled that entitled young man and now he is acting ungrateful and entitled.
It's amazing that she survived all these traumas and went on to raise her son as she did with love and care. I think parents should never loan money to their kids with the expectation of getting it back. Only give what you can, observe their behaviors, and use it as a teaching moment. Reward them if they keep their words and give them tough love if they don't repay and come back to ask for more. But don't give an amount that'll make you cut ties.
She is so beautiful and well spoken. Hate those things happened to her but the Lord gave her a story to tell !
This case had me taking in tongues. The mother's past was so horrid and it is amazing how God has helped her rize above it, she is so calm.
