  • The plaintiff claims she was raped in the military, and the defendant, her son, is a product of that assault. The plaintiff loaned her son money 16 different times for personal expenses, but he hasn’t paid her back, so the plaintiff is suing her son. The defendant insists the plaintiff is controlling and denies owing his mother anything.

-Reminding your son constantly that he is the product of rape.

That's why I chose to be a foster mom.. I WILL BE FOSTER 12-18YRS OLD..
THE CHILDREN WILL NOT BE CALLED MY "FOSTER KID". I WILL TREAT THEM WITH LOVE AND RESPECT.. AS IF...THEY ARE MY OWN.. I WILL ENCOURAGE THEM, BUILT THEM UP, SUPPORT THEIR DREAMS/GOALS, I WILL TEACH, PREPARE AND READY THEM FOR HANDLING THEIR PERSONAL DOCUMENTS, TEACH THEM ABOUT MONEY, CREDIT, INSTILL CONFIDENCE IN THEM TO HAVE A VOICE, SPEAK UP/ADVOCATE FOR THEMSELVES, TO KNOW THAT THEIR LIFE IS PRICELESS THEREFORE CAN NOT BE BOUGHT.. THEY WILL GO THRU THE PROCESS OF SETTING UP THEIR OWN BANK ACCOUNTS, LEARNING ABOUT SAVING, HOW USE CREDIT MINDFULLY, I WILL TEACH THEM MY BUSINESS SO THEY CAN WORK FOR OUR BUSINESS, INSTEAD OF GETTING MISTREATED AT THESE JOBS THAT TREAT YOU LIKE SHIT/A SLAVE, DISRESPECT YOU, DO NOT VALUE NOR APPRECIATE YOU.. BUT IT WILL STILL BE THERE CHOICE TO WORK ELSE WHERE.. THEY WILL. E REQUIRES TO TELL ME THEIR GOALS.. THEY WILL BE SHOWN THE VALUE OF COLLEGE.. FOSTER CARE CHILDREN GO TO COLLEGE FOR FREE... THERE'S NO EXCUSE FOR CHILDREN IN FOSTER TO BE ABLE TO GO FOR FREE, BUT THEY DON'T GO. THEY WILL BE REQUIRED TO GAIN A TRADE/COLLEGE..
WE WILL SIT DOWN AND FIGURE ALL OF THAT OUT.
THEY WILL KNOW THAT.. THEY ALWAYS CAN ALWAYS CALL ME AND ALWAYS WELCOMED IN MY WORLD AFTER THEY LEAVE ME..

I can relate to this lady's life. I was an abused child, by my own parents. I remember at the age of two or three having nightmares and waking up crying. My father would jerk me out of bed and beat me. My mother, for some unknown reason, threw boiling water in my face. I still have problems with my skin because of it and I am 74 right now. My God people. Wake up and smell the roses! Do not treat kids like punching bags.

This woman has really survived and been through alot so much. From the military life up till now. it is by the grace of God she survived it till this moment. Some women would not be able to survive it and stand strong like the way she's doing. As a reminder, mother's stop spoiling your kids even after when they are grown whether male or female. Because, when this type of issues arises, it becomes an inevitable circumstances to receive back. Brothers and sisters, stop collecting money from your parents and end up not wanting to pay back because, you know nothing can happen. But when they end up chasing you away from the house, you start calling them names and saying they are wicked. If this happened in some Africa countries, you dare not owe your parents and come out to say you won't pay back. You will get flogged. After they are done flogging you, you will remember that KAKI NO BE LEATHER.

Defendant had me going up until he lied that the money his mom gave him wasn’t a loan. Glad she produced solid evidence. The silent look on his face though. Conclusion: Children, don’t ever embarrass our parents by having them bring us to court for something that could’ve been resolved at home.

It's amazing that she survived all these traumas and went on to raise her son as she did with love and care. I think parents should never loan money to their kids with the expectation of getting it back. Only give what you can, observe their behaviors, and use it as a teaching moment. Reward them if they keep their words and give them tough love if they don't repay and come back to ask for more. But don't give an amount that'll make you cut ties.

He is very intelligent and well spoken, and I pray that he is able to appreciate his mom and all the adversity she had to overcome to raise him and break all the generational trauma she experienced. He has no idea how blessed he is to have been raised unscathed from everything she endured. Much of what she went through would have broken the average person, and it is nothing but the grace of God she is there standing.
