I have watched countless amount of your videos and you have no idea how much you've helped me during my studies and work. Thank you so much! I wish you all the best!
@@shomusbiologyofficial i'm participating on breakthrough junior challenge this year, your video helped me a lot to understand my topic, especially about chromatography.
I wander what is your profession! I've seen many of your videos. Your teaching capacity is just awesome. Are you just a youtuber or a professor of any university?
I don't know much but I know this much that he is a professional tutor and has his own coaching centre and teaches for CSIR UGC DBT NET and many other entrance exams in India. He also makes UA-cam videos on the topics he teaches. He is a great teacher.
I think the ideas of your vedios are good for getting the foundation of the concepts. However, one should know that there processes are much complex than that. Eg, bacterial cells transformation requires 2 steps, they need to be made competent and a heat shock is needed to open up the bacteria allowing acquisition of DNA. Over all., the vedio are good for person who wants to get the idea. But further study is required. Thank you sir , your effort is apreciated.
Actually the word of tranfection is the combination of two words 1) transformation and 2) infection so the trans from the 1 and the fection from the 2 combine to form transfection
Bro small correction transfer the gene/genetic by using virus is called transduction. Whereas transfer the genetic material by non viral methods either physical or chemical is called transfection
Acording to you these two terms are used as transfection for eukaryotic cel and transformation for prokaryotic cell. Than why wo use the word transformation in case of plant cel i.e. Agrobacterium mediated plant transformation, PEG mediated Plant transformation, Bialistic transformation?
In the case of Transformation, even if it intakes ssDNA it will eventually be degraded inside the cell. Usually, circular plasmids are being transformed.
@@shomusbiologyofficial Sir today in my 4th year {Genetic engineering+Biotech } exam 🇧🇩 and a question was What is "Transfection". Yesterday night i watched ur video and it benefit me 😃 ❤️🤝
transformation is always wrong because there is no cacl2 treatment on cell membrane there is no heat shock .so please give a correct information about this transformation

Tomorrow is my exam ..I was here for overview but now I m throwing my notes ...u r great sir ..true respect from Pakistan
Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
I'm a second grade senior high school student. But most of your explanation are really good so i can understand the concept. Thank you!
You're welcome

Awesome sir you have a magic power to explain the structure
Thank you. Glad you liked my lectures
Sir your method to teaching is very good....I regularly watched your video tutorial...thanx for giving a such information 👌👏

Really liked ur way...
Great..
You're welcome
How the hell do you have a video for literally every topic
I do make them 365 days a year
very smart guy , i appreciate your video a lot
U said about plasmid putting in eukaryotes... Can it replicate the same way as it replicates in prokaryotes
Actually the word of tranfection is the combination of two words 1) transformation and 2) infection so the trans from the 1 and the fection from the 2 combine to form transfection
audio could be betr, but i guess it was the 00's so the technology wasnt thr yet. gr8 vid. _JC

But exactly what make eukaryotic cell difficult to take dna ?
The cell wall and nuclear envolope that protects the nucleas.
Ultimately explain
You're welcome
Great sir

You're welcome
Well explained sir. Tysm❤️💯
Ur awesome sir thank u for ur videos
Explain the process nd why it's need for cell nd whr it used
Is it necessary nd why
Please make a video of direct and indirect methods of gene transfer
Eukaryotes ka liya kaise palsmid vector ho sakta ha ?
Is transfection involve vector mediated
Gooood
Thank you
You explained it so nicely.... Thnku

sir , what are the causes of transformation
Very good
You're welcome
Sir what is exactly the types of transformation in molecular biology?
Sir plz explain sonoporation quickly
Nice 👍
Thank you
Ek Vedio calcium phosphate precipitation pe bhi Dalo sir plz plz plz
Okay
So why in plant cell we called it transformation?
Because in animal cells, transformation means cancer formation
*3:00** a lipid nano particle which is proprietary!* could it work... (no turns out. real money maker tho.) _JC

DNA receptor on the surface of the bacteria!!
Alan Byron yes sir what is it . actually I don't know any dna receptor on cell membrane that's always wrong.
There goes an hour and half lecture
Can u please send this man to my college ?😢😢😢
No one will do that.
tx sir

superbbbb..
What you are talking about is transduction not transfection😇
