I think it would be a little more helpful to explain that polycistronic gene's mRNA has multiple ORFs as well as mutiple Ribosomal Binding Site (RBS) and that those ORFs are being translated by mutiple ribosomes as the mRNA is being generated (transcription). I have watched almost all of your up loads and I think you are the best that i could find! I am very greatful for your work you are a huge huge help to me. Thank you!
Sir I have a question : Is mRNA modification sequential? Splicing capping and tailing steps occurs simultaneously or does it follow a particular order?
One question: what is the purpose of introns? I mean why are they even there in the first place if they're not coding for anything useful? Do they have a role in gene regulation perhaps?
Can anyone please help me in answering this question ? Differentiate between prokaryotic and eukaryotic initiation of transcription ? Plz I have got an exam next month and my mind has lost the ability to think 😂😂😭

Great work
Thank u so much 😍😍
I guess some sort of outline of the lectures would be helpful? So that one can take more structured notes of them?
+Simon Nylund I guess that too. Matter of fact, I am going to make overview video series for different topics soon
Hii sir Can u explain Monocistronic And Polycitronic processes with explanation please
great video
+Werd Up thank you
Tqu sir
Tienes el don de la palabra para poder explicar todo la complejidad de la transcripción
Why entrons are present basically wo don't need of entrons to make protein
the nucleoplasm is more accurate sir.
i didnt understood monocistonic and polycistronic gene
👌👌👌😊
