    My audio doesn’t work at all I just got mine and the volume is at max and I’ve checked my system settings nothing seems wrong I just can hear anything

    Why is it when im trying to do any stretch resoultion the monitor just dose black bars no matter what, im trying to run 1720 x 1080 and also 1620x1080

    you said it doesn’t support 2k 120hz but then says for it to work you need to plug it in the 2.0 hdmi port but it doesn’t work for me.

      If you are using 1080p on a 1440p native screen, it will look very blurry regardless of what you do

    Just got mine today model 27e1qa. How could I turn on HDR? There is no HDR turn on settings on the menu. Mine has the red and black menu settings on the lower right of the screen and not the blue-ish colored menu on the lower center of the screen.

    I have it plugged into my ps5 brand new jus bought working fine for 2 days & all of a sudden screen goes black & won’t show any display anymore. Switched cables, unplugged for minutes, even plugged the game into another tv/monitor works perfectly fine. Any solution?

    My moniter is displaying a grey screen. idk why, but it happened when i was playing minecraft, and all of a sudden, it just went grey. i tried everything, like turning it off and getting a new plug different hdmi, different outlets, different console and it still never worked can you provide solutions please 🙏.

    I have it connected to an old machine via vga in console "text" mode and the resolution sensing isn't working. It cuts off the bottom and top of the text.

    there is no sound, my laptop is connected through compatible display port, the monitor volume is not muted, my laptop is not muted. there just seems to have notghing coming out. i tried my xbox too, its also connected through a compatible cable, the xbox audio output is "stereo uncompressed" which is the only optioin when connected to the monitor. with all that, there is still no sound. i cant find a fix to this, im considering buying speakers but i just want to know if there is something i may be missing. or if it comes with no volume at all, which i doubt.

    I bought koorui gn07 and it came over with displayport but xbox series s doesnt have displayport, only hdmi and i bought hdmi-dp adapter but it doesnt work. It says "no connection".       Same for me. Our options menu looks different than his, right? I also don’t see HDR in the monitor settings AND my new PC says the monitor is “HDR not supported”. Did you have any luck?

    On my 24" monitor, the onscreen main menu pops up randomly. Sometimes upside down, some time vertical, and sometimes pixelated. The customer service numbers are either always busy or it's no longer in service, plus they don't answer email. Can anyone help?

    I’ve had this monitor for about 6 months now
    It’s now gonna black, the pc is on and it says no input everyone once in a while
    However I cannot change anything (like ports and such)

      Displayport or HDMI? sometimes It s problem GPU change ports and try or change CMOS and insert again

      I did reset the OSD but it's still there. It's quite a big box so it blocks quite a bit on the upper left hand corner.

      1440p monitors should natively support 1920x1440 resolution, you should simply use this one

      No, dont do it. Instead get a LG Ultragear. I have one now and im very happy that I got this one. its 2560 x 1440. IPS PANEL, 1 ms reaction time and some other nice stuff related to gaming. @@HS-md1er

    Worked for 3 weeks and than randomly it broke. Now i get red blue white and blackscreen on repeat. After a few minutes or hours completly random . Will sent it back and not buy Koorui again.
