The last time I was at Lowestoft was in the 90s. Staying at London rd B&B Them pavements (sidewalk) weren't pedestrianised. Because
I remember driving my car down that

Used to go to Lowestoft regularly as it’s not too far away, but it’s another crime ridden dump like Great Yarmouth, so don’t go there anymore…

The structures in the sea are seagull hotels! It's supposed to stop the seagulls from nesting on the buildings. Not sure if it's working.
