Since you're such an avid viewer, i'll tip you off on something: In the future, probably 6 months from now, I have a Frankenstein here in the shop I'm going to do like 10 videos on. Frankenstein is my favorite book and I have one that somebody took apart into a milion pieces... can you imagine? A Frankenstein I have to Frankenstein back together! They even took the creature's body apart!
@@LyonsArcade If you haven't gotten too much into it some things to know are the flippers act funky if you have a cold solder joint to the coil and tnt has replacement boards to move the fiends head and ramp o matic will becoming out soon with a replacement upper ramp that always gets broken.
@@LyonsArcade mine had scoop holes beat up. fixed with cliffy's. ball got stuck on Geneva cliffy so I replaced post with a skinnier post so ball could get by. ball would get stuck in target slot under post now. used hardware 90 degree corner brace under play field plastic on new post and placed it to block ball from getting in slot and tightened nut holding all down ramp o matic is making a new upper ramp for it shortly just working out details. flippers are funky and stick if the coil has bad solder joint. tnt makes a new head control board. had to reassemble mine too. cold white led look good for snow fields on play field and back glass. good luck
As a kid who grew up on Star trek, you committed some pretty serious crimes against cannon, and not seeing this game in play is nearly a treasonous offense. But I'll still watch your videos. Never saw this pinball machine before but the layout was the best I've ever seen for a Franchise Theme. That Playfield had every important iconic character in the TOS Represented. Khan was in the right top side by the way. Ricardo Montalbahn who actually stared in the series episode called Space Seed, and then The Wrath of Khan motion Picture.
I tried to film it but we sold it before I got to work. This is the type of stuff I often run into, I filmed what I could and uploaded it for people but they just complain I didn't film enough. Thanks for watching this shitty video.....
@@LyonsArcade Actually it was a great video Ron, I was just waiting to see it all in play!...I was really just jesting with you not recognizing all the characters and ships and all that geek stuff. I've never been to a Trek convention but I know those fans are truly fanatical. I absolutely loved Star Trek TOS ( The Original Series) as a kid, my very favorite toy was the star trek communicators I got in 76 for Christmas. Just awesome for a kid to have something like that, that actually worked, they were walkie talkies dressed up as star trek communicators. Anything you do Star Trek I'll watch, just make sure to squeeze in some play action. Thanks for doing the video.
I know this a little late to comment about, but from what I could hear in the video, the sound being made when the lights were flashing sounded like the sound effects used in sickbay when someone was on one of the diagnostic beds. So if that was the sound you were hearing with the lights, I suspect it was intentional. But I've been wrong before... Love your videos! Thanks for being a great educator and presenter.
Thank you David, I wish I would have been able to film playing this one but we'll get another one in , eventually. Thank you for watching, we appreciate you spending time with us!
Its the same with my Grand Lizard, static sound that follows the GI lights, although there is a solution to this on the Williams system 7 games, but it requires some Power Supply modding so i havent done it yet.
I'm sure it has something to do with a ground but we didn't have it long enough to look into it... and to be honest, that kind of stuff never bothers me. I'm not convinced that it didn't do that new...
your right about data east. they had some great games. One of my favorites was mary shelly frankenstein.
