Welcome to the Letterman UA-cam Channel, home to all your favorite clips from Late Night and Late Show - as well as conversations with the writers, producers and performers who helped make it all happen. These highlights have been artisanally-produced, carefully-curated, and chosen completely at random by an old computer that used to pick numbers for the New York Lotto back in the 90’s. - Розваги
"Rupert's got his own flashback". Lol!
Yeah, that was long ago before we all had them. It was like having a cell phone or a computer was back then, or owning a home is now.
He says he can't act, but I think Rupert is a good actor.
"Ive never been more scared in my life"
Said Rupert very calmly
Man, this comedy was the best...
My favorite show. How I miss it. At least there’s segments on UA-cam, but id love entire shows uploaded
I would gladly watch it all over again from the very beginning.
In my city, there's a channel that runs Carson every night at 10pm and I tune in to most of them as well, but Letterman is still THE guy to me.
@@Genious. Yeah we have the Decades channel that runs old Johnny shows. Wish they’d do that with Letterman, but who knows what may happen down the road depending on what Worldwide Pants allows
Dave is still very sharp of wit...I think he regrets pulling the plug too early on his show but being Dave he will never admit that. Lol
So would I.
Paul is a gem.
DAY-UM!!! Those legs were taller than Paul!! I think I’m in love.
Happy belated 20th anniversary!
Loved the Rupert G bits
Paul's a showman!
Proud to call him one of Thunder Bay's own.😀❤️
Yuuummmyyyy... Dem LEGS...
Golden age of TV
I can't believe that that chair show was a real thing.
Like all reality TV garbage it gets quickly forgotten, this was 2002 its been over 20 years now since this show itself aired.
I can't believe it either. Tennis legend John McEnroe hosted versions of it in both the US and UK.
OMFG Osama's letter to his mom LMAO
Paul was a little lacking in the leg kicking department...but an "A" for effort !
Lacking but he did accidentally kick the woman to his right.
Na'ah...those dancers were just extra leggy. My goodness...
I noticed that Dave mentioned how many episodes he had done up to that point. Here's how many were produced of each:
The David Letterman Show (June 23, 1980-October 24, 1980): 90
Late Night with David Letterman (February 1, 1982-June 25, 1993): 1,819
Late Show with David Letterman (August 30, 1993-May 20, 2015): 4,261
A total of 6,170 episodes produced, though there was the odd show where someone had to fill in for him. Those episodes were the ones with the highest ratings. 😁 Seriously though, I'm sure plenty of people saw the rest of them.
Television was just different then.
There's similar content on UA-cam today with some podcasts. Also, only about 10 minutes of each show back then was this type of content, because they had the monologue, the Top Ten, and the guests. Ten minutes is similar to UA-cam videos some content creators produce, but most don't do it five times a week.
did anyone notice that "american mountain ranges" is not a category on that jeopardy board
We'll be right back with Regis Philbin.

Biff was way off with Baltimore. Too far northeast.
You just can't stump him!
Biff bifocals stooping over, funny-rude. Ergonomically incorrect
