Do you know that if you want a shimmer shadow from the IT naturally pretty pallet all you have to do is put the Pearlizer at the lower right side over any color you want to be a shimmer shadow. It was explained on QVC when Jamie demonstrated it. So you really don't have an all matte pallet. Surprise!!!! Yes. 💜💄💅🦄
You do actually own the KVD Chrysalis Palette, it was the one with cooler tones and blue/purple tones on the packaging. The Monarch Palette was the warmer toned one. I had just started at my SIJCP when they were discontinuing them and I very much regret not purchasing them at the time (as well as the Interstellar Palette). I'm glad you were able to scoop one up! By the way, I've watched your videos for a while and never commented (I also regret that). I feel like I'm talking to a coworker when I watch your videos. Thank you for your content.
Beth Ann Swan I'm so sorry to hear that you're closing! I was under the impression that if a JCP had a Sephora, it was extremely unlikely that they'd close. That's hard to hear that that assumption is incorrect. I do hope that you'll find another amazing job as soon as possible.

I also have a ton of palettes and I have to say the Modern Renaissance is my all time favorite. That and the Lorac pro shadows in my opinion have the best quality there is.
Great video Lisa! I love watching palette collection videos. Just a note though... The purple butterfly palette from Kat Von D is the Chrysalis palette. The Monarch was the warm toned one with the golds and oranges. I have the Chrysalis palette too but missed out on the Monarch.
In case people are interested in the Gwen Stefani UD palette... Nordstrom Rack has it in store for around $22!! I love love love this palette and was tempted to get another one...
I bought the naked 3 & returned it because I saw so many people saying/doing tutorials of the same looks and that the shades just blend together and you can tell how many shades you actually used but it's so pretty so it's disappointing 😩
I think the Kat von d shades ARE the same. But the older packaged eyeshadows can oxidize. But the shades are the same, just the older palettes shades look darker from being older and having oxidized in pan a bit.
Would love to see tutorials on some not so obvious looks from that new NARS palette. I got it and love it but don't feel like there's much versatility. I think your take on it would be very helpful!
The vice palette you've got is the vice 3. Also, I think the Lorac Mega Pro original is back for a limited time, so if you want to pick up a fresh one or someone missed it you can now pick it up!

Sarai Otero the shimmer palette has not come out yet. Plus her old palette just oxidized (went darker overtime from being exposed to oxygen)
