I'm on 5 mg tirzepitide lost already over 11 pounds, . I just finished an hour walk. I work 2 jobs have family children and grandchildren, and I make the effort. That is, the key maintaining your muscle. And building your strength in addition to the calorie deficit that I am having with the appetite suppression. Loads of good luck try to get out there and walk. Get yourself a Fitbit. You will be shocked how little steps you take.
