Hi there, love your videos! I would love to see you elaborate/more details about all your topics. I have been back and forth between brand name and compounds. Long story short, do you still like this pen? Have you had any problems with it? Is there any quirks to it? Is there any loss of medication? Thank you!
I just got my pen delivered yesterday in light pink and I used it for the first time. 17.3 units of 3.5mg and I love it. It’s so much easier than using a syringe. And it lasts until we gotta refill the pen with medication meaning we don’t have to take out the vial and pump air inside etc. this is so much easier and confident.
Hello ❤
Hello 😊
Hi Ash! what is your total weight loss and in what amount of time. You're looking great!
I started January 1st at 282 lbs. Today I weighed at 235, so 47 lbs at this point. I would love it to be a faster loss, but I will take it:)
wow🎉 nice loss!!! congrats!! I am still doing 2.0mg every other day (7-8mg steady state) and just hit -50 lbs! 150 to go. 😳 This dose and schedule are working super great for now. Interesting to hear about how 10mg every 7 is working for you. I am not ruling out going back to a 5 or 7 day schedule if things slow down. gosh I hate the 7 day though. my day 5,6,7 are always bad hunger and food noise-wise. ❤ Happy birthday! 🎂🌹
Congrats on the 50 lbs! That is awesome news, and hard work! My food noise hasn't *seemed* to be too bad, but I guess I'll see what is what tomorrow.
Do you purchase from AC peptides?
Nope, I typically do group buys from various places. You can check out chat.peppys.io to learn more about the wide world of peptides and purchasing opportunities.
Hey. Are you checking your bp first thing in the am. I like the Renpho one because it tracks it in the Renpho app along with your weight.
No, I have an arm cuff from Hello Heart but I don't use it often. I feel like it doesn't give me accurate results because when I go to the Dr for anything, it's typically a bit lower than what mine shows...but when my husband uses it, it seems like it's accurate, so I don't know.
Looks like you’re right on track at 1 lb a week average! They at that’s the best way. Your skin brighter too!
you're doing great!
Thank you!!
I started semaglutide earlier this year at 255 lbs. I ended up doing 2 vials of the compounded semaglutide. My doctor's office has a health clinic inside it and that's where I was able to get it through that nutritionist. My insurance didn't cover any of it but that clinic had a bit of a discounted price. I ended up spending $500 for the first vial (it lasted from February-mid May because i was titrating) and $600 for the second-there was a price increase- (it lasted 2 months). I felt great on the injections (they included B-12) and I lost several inches around my stomach and my neck thinned out to where i lost my double chin. But I had to stop taking the injections because i couldnt afford it anymore. Besides the inches, I only lost about 14 pounds that whole time. I've been off the injections for about a month now and I've already gained 7 lbs back and my double chin is creeping back in. I think my waist inches are still about the same as when i was on the injections because my belt is fitting the same. The semaglutide helped me learn to eat less and quieter the food noise well. I'm still eating less but am gaining the weight back slowly. Alot of the problem is I amm insulin resistant so the injections stablized my up and down blood sugars annd leveled everygung out. Unfortunately these injections seem like something you'll have to be on for the rest of your life. With no insurance coverage for it, it all seems like a set up for failure. You get started on something that you annd your body like and then you can't afford it anymore.
Yes, it's definitely a medication I think most of us will be on for the rest of our lives, in one dose or another, because we have medical issues with our bodies. Just like if you have heart disease or diabetes 1, you're on meds forever and there is no shame in that. Sema is one of the cheapest meds out there if you compound it yourself. There are only a handful of labs that make the product and if you go in on group buys they generally include safety testing to ensure the product is pure. I would encourage you to check out chat.peppys.io to learn more about the world of peptides and group buys:)
I just bought one of those diamond art kits. Can't wait to start. It is highly detailed and the squares where you place the diamonds are tiny!! 😳 question... how do you get the medicine into that pen? I have never seen one of those before. ❤
It's an EZ pen, I have a video on it about how to use it: ua-cam.com/video/yAHs7omDtXM/v-deo.html Basically there is a glass cartridge that you fill with the peptide solution and then you use a pen needle you swap for every injection. I feel like it's less waste overall because I'm not using a plastic syringe every time. And if you're on a different protocol where you inject frequently it really saves time because your fluid is already in there and you just put on the needle, set the units dial, and inject.
Ok so many questions, lol, first what were the two mylar bags, one says collagen and and one says moisture? Also what was in those yellow tub/jars? I have some of that Hyaron but have not used it yet. We need to see if we are in the same "places" so we can talk GB and beauty, lol! I am thinking about getting a cavitation machine!
The mylar bags are different modeling masks. When they dry they have almost a rubber texture to them and just peel off, it sounds pretty cool. The yellow tubs are lidocaine cream for numbing for mesotherapy procedures.
I just reached out to you on facebook about the beauty group buys:)
I wanna understand this concept with you using a pen!!! where the hell did you find it and how does it work..im guessing I would need DETAILED directions...im old and can't remember 💩 good luck on the 10mg..I need to titrate up to that..7.5 aint hitting on much...enjoyed the post..
I have a video where I discuss the pen and how to use it: ua-cam.com/video/yAHs7omDtXM/v-deo.html
Are there T10s available? Are you on IG?
I know there are T15s, T30s, and T60s available. You should check out chat.peppys.io
Have you tried strength training? It'll help boost your metabolism. Calm walks to reduce stress and cortisol levels... stress could also be what's causing your stall and if you have sleep disruption (I'm always waking up to release water). I'm in perimenopause, so that can definitely contribute to stalls. Let us know if you try something that works. 🥳
Hang in there and don't disappear. We enjoy seeing your videos. Listen, stalls that are documented, they help all of us. It tells us that they happen and we aren't alone. If you don't show your struggles, then people will think it's only them having an issue. Love your haircut and yes, you have lost so much, can tell from previous videos. The next level up from the lowest dose in the HRT patch is working for me. We are rooting for you 💪! 🙏
Banshee is a great show! “Nobody wants this” is a cute show on Netflix. I love your content, I wish/think you could elaborate on it all, for instance, how you make your tirzepatide, how you ordered it(I know you’ve said you group order it), all your face stuff. Etc…..still love watching though! BTW, I am on Zepbound, previously on compound just got approved after months of approval process.
Can't wait to see how the newer schedule works out! congrats on the loss this past week. 🎉❤
Thank you!!
I'm in my fifth week of taking Tirzepatide from Swisschems, and I've already dropped 20 pounds! It really helps keep my appetite in check, but I think eating the right foods and staying active are just as important.
I'm so happy for you to have such quick losses! Keep up the good work!
You should follow my suggestions as I mentioned to you on your last video. Good luck
Do you make your own T stock? Have you considered some of the other injectables? Say glutathione, LipoC, Nad?
I do my own reconstitutions. I have heard about glutathione but mainly in my beauty channels for skin issues. It's good for weight loss? I think I remember someone saying it was good for the liver as well. I haven't ever looked into LipoC or NAD, though they do sound familiar. Have you used them?
I like watching you, keep going! Sounds like you need fiber and to possibly titrate up.
You know, I've tried to increase fiber during different times of my life and it's never seemed to do much for me. When I take excess magnesium and increase my water, that's really been the only thing to help. Not even regular laxatives or softeners, oddly enough. I worry about titrating up because on the every 3 days schedule, I'm roughly at 12.5mg and there not much wiggle room left there.
you and I have a lot in common. I too cut my own hair (since covid), and color my hair (I have really enjoyed the crazy colors... purple is my latest), and I also work from a home waiting for customer phone calls (I work 11pm to 930am though). I have also been experimenting with dosage schedules using the glp-1 plotter (you introduced me to it in one of your videos) and I also contemplate whether I am undermining my future progress by not doing 7 days and white knuckling the valley days. SW 358, CW 318, GW 155. started June 24th this year. My journey to goal is a long time way out in the future and I am terrified of stalling half way thru. AND I have also eyeballed the reta peptide but decided it would be a last resort some time way down the road. I enjoy your updates. I also admire your perseverance. I figure two things about plateaus: 1) time is going to go by anyways, might was well be "counting my macros and doing all the things" , and 2) I made a pledge to myself that I was going to make lifestyle changes, so stall or not, I am not going back... so we plod along. I am 61 and have never looked in to HRT, and wonder if I should or not. I have never talked to my Dr about it, and don't know what I should be looking for in my health that would even spark that conversation. take care ❤ PS... I don't know what your facial skin challenges are, but I have dealt with rosacea forever over 40 years. 😳🙄🌹
Hi hon! For HRT, if you experience things like hot flashes or dryness (downstairs), loss of libido, loss of focus, irritability with little to no cause, you'd probably do well with HRT. It sounds like the *1* study from years ago did decades of disservice to women, it makes me so mad. Estrogen can help prevent against heart disease in women and also helps fight against osteoporosis. Rosacea is a skin condition I fight against, but mainly for the flushed cheeks and broken capillaries. I think probably laser surgery is really the only way to correct the broken capillaries, though.
Hi. I just wanted to let you know that I’ve enjoyed watching your journey. I started my journey with Tirzepatide in June and I’ve only lost 16 lbs. so far. I know I’m a slow loser and it gets really hard to see all the others losing a ton of weight in such a short time! You give me hope because you started the same weight as I did and you are over 40 pounds down! I keep going knowing that if I’m not doing this, I would probably be 20 pounds heavier right now. I know this is a lifetime journey and not a race. I am wishing you the best and hope you are able to keep going and letting us know how you’re doing!!!
Thank you, I appreciate your kind words:) May the odds be ever in our favor!
It’s been a while since I’ve caught your posts. You’ve lost lots of weight since I last saw you. So proud for you. I am stuck at 215-217 for a couple of months. Ugh. Also, I have always enjoyed jigsaw puzzles.. but now that I have 🐈 🐈⬛, I have to do them on my iPad. Just not the same. lol. Please don’t stop your posts. I like your “rambling”
I'm always leery of leaving puzzles on the table because our cats have knocked them off before and maybe a dog eats a piece. It took me FOUR DAYS to finish that bird puzzle and there were 21 PIECES MISSING. Pieces I'm pretty sure were not eaten by my pets. People should not donate those to thrift stores, just throw them out! I was pretty irritated at the end.
Oh what did you get on the beauty buy, you should do a video, I got a EZ injector but I am scared to use it,lol,by the way I could never cut my hair, too chicken
Oh man, I bought SO.MUCH.STUFF. I'm so jealous of the people showing their hauls. I will have to make a video about it:) I bought a bunch of masks, and modelling masks (which was a new one for me), moisturizers, ampoules, and injectables. I have the EZ as well but am waiting for the lido creams before I take it for a test run.
Unfortunately I quit my semaglutide injections. It just got too expensive and I couldn't justify the cost for the little amount of weight that I was losing.
It's definitely MUCH cheaper if you can get in on a group buy. Sema really ratcheted up my anxiety and I was low-grade nauseous all the time. I don't have those issues with tirz, thankfully.
I hear AOD 9604 peptide works well as a stack on glp-1. Supposed to be a "fat burner". Dr Jones DC talks about it and I am going to research it.
I will look into that!
I stopped for like a week bc i stalled for 10 days.I’ve now lost 14 pounds 2.5 weeks ( not ideal or healthy but it is what it is) also try your inner though and possibly higher dose. I don’t wait 7 days to inject neither, sometimes 5 days , or 6 days . I’ve lost 70lbs in almost 3 months
That is crazy fast weight loss! I bet your body feels so much better!
@@HealthWellnessChica Ikr!! It don’t seem healthy losing that fast but I have 50 more to go. Skip an injection and eat normal ( not binge ) for 5-6 days and you will break the stall. I’ve done this on keto before. It resets you. Try the inner thigh as well bc it works the best. My start weight was 338 and I’m now 270. I barely eat 1,000 calories ( not healthy) a day effortlessly. What was your starting weight
@@vegas9440 I think I started at 282/284, something like that. So I'm about 40lbs down, it just feels like at almost 10 months it should be more. On the other hand, it's 40lbs less than I was, so yay for that!
😊
I agree the cannula and thread freak me out too, it would be a long while before I can get that kind of nerve up,lol!
congratulations on another drop! 🎉
Hi. I forget how long you’ve been on T. I was a little concerned about you having nachos and quesadillas, but maybe it’s because I’m afraid to eat this way now, which could be an issue altogether. I now have a visceral reaction to eating cheesy foods and nachos because these were apart of my food addiction rotation. I like to enjoy my food nonetheless but I tend to deprioritize most refined carbs while on glps. I’m partially jealous that you can enjoy them without binging on them. Also, thanks for sharing your experience with EZ pen. Can you give an update on how many doses you tend to get out of one cartridge. Cheers!
Hi! With regard to the EZ Pen doses, it really depends on how much you fill it up. For example, I do 60mg with 3 mL bac water. The cartridges are 3mL carts. But I mean, I could do 120mg with 3mL bac water, I'd just have to figure out how many units to take because it's not a 1:1 ratio, you know? With the branded pens, they always use .5mL fluid, regardless of if it's 2.5mg or 15mg.
@@HealthWellnessChica yep I think I understand what you’re saying. I guess my question is more so how long does it take you to go through a cartridge do you tend to have a heart and fast rule about not using a cartridge beyond a certain timeframe
@@nerdincubator Oh, no, I don't really have a timeframe yet where I wouldn't use prepared meds in the cartridge. I'm making 60mg in 3ml of bac water and doing 6mg every three days, so it takes me 30 days I think the math works out to, to use a full cart.
Why don't you track your food in an app for like 2 or 3 days to see how you are doing with your calories? Im on tirzepatide and I know it only works when you are in the calorie deficit. So, may be worthwhile to check. Loads of good luck
I am Looking at the glp-1 plotter and your dosage schedule. Then you say you had quesadillas yesterday and nachos today. So many alarm bells here. If this was the first time I watched your channel I would not hit that subscribe button. I know you have been struggling, so I have some sense of your back story. All I can offer at this point is to reassess your eating regimen and avoid going outside the known safe half life levels. My Dr stacked my glp-1 with Metformin. This is recent, and I have not picked up the Metformin Rx yet cuz I have researched it a bit and have decided if I do take it, it will be low dose and short term. I do like the idea of stacking though. Have you found Dr Jones, DC on UA-cam? I wonder if his "IF" protocol might work better for you. I dunno. If you have not already, I encourage you to at least check him out. (if not for the eye candy, then for his information 😊). Just sitting here feeling concern for you. ❤
I really appreciate your concern:) As far as food goes, even with nachos or quesadilla, I really don't think I'm going above 1500 calories daily, if that. I try to get some veggies and fruits in daily as well. Generally speaking regardless of whatever meal it is I am eating, the portions are pretty small, esp compared to what I used to consume. I will have to check out Dr. Jones! How is your weight loss going for you? All smooth, I hope!
First, congrats on the weight loss. I watch your videos, along with others. Some say don't change your diet and they still lose weight..Some people do drastic diets. For me the food options changed..I'm mean it was like a 360..instead of bagel with cream cheese, it was egg whites with grilled asparagus. No more soda or sugary drinks. But I am also researching calories with protein for a more balanced diet. I can hardly eat some days. So I want eat as healthy as possible to make new eating habits. Getting rid of processed foods that make you crave more foods. I'm more mindful now about what I eat. For example I love apple and orange juice it's great. But both are high in calories. I would rather eat the apples and oranges..and not saying I won't drink it but..if I eat it..I'm more satisfied than drinking it. Also..when I go into maintenance and then come off I know what works....I hope this is helpful
In the UK we call that turkey neck 😝 common with weight loss in women, me included xxxx
Regarding stacking, that fasting Doctor (Dr Jones, DC) I mentioned yesterday highly recommends AOD-9604 peptide combined with glp-1 meds. supposed to burn fat. curious what you are researching. yeah... exercise... my plan is to start walking when I get under 300. want to strength train (hate cardio) but work graveyard in a small town so gym is a no go. was looking at bowflex, but so spency! not to mention I am notorious for converting exercise equipment into expensive clothes hangers!😅
Preach, sister! I have several exercise pieces in the basement that almost never get any use.
Have you tried a reset? (Go off for 14 days). Maybe your body just isn't responding anymore. Do you feel the effects (satiety, lack of food noise?) Or maybe keeping a steady amount in your system is making it less effective. I am just curious because I am doing 3.0mg every 4 days (up from 2.5mg every 4) and watch your videos with great interest. I also have starting following Dr Jones DC. He uses intermittent fasting, which I am not keen on, but intrigued enough to keep watching him. He has some new folks start with a reset and says it helps resensitize the glp-1 receptors. Dr Tyna also recommends cycling on and off for the same reason. I dunno it's possible that doing the 7 day dosage schedule works better because of the peaks and valleys, keeping the body on its toes, so to speak. But I hate those day 5,6, and 7s! Hang in there. Make some tweaks and see how it goes. ❤
I'll try the 6mg every three days for this vial (so 10 shots) and we'll see from there. Maybe I do need a reset, or I've also thought about stacking. I still feel full longer but the food noise is still ever present. It would be so interesting if the 7-day shots proved more effective for me!

I'm on 5 mg tirzepitide lost already over 11 pounds, . I just finished an hour walk. I work 2 jobs have family children and grandchildren, and I make the effort. That is, the key maintaining your muscle. And building your strength in addition to the calorie deficit that I am having with the appetite suppression. Loads of good luck try to get out there and walk. Get yourself a Fitbit. You will be shocked how little steps you take. When I got mine at first I could not believe how little I walked loads of good luck. Thanks for your information and content
where do you get your peptides from? looking for a good quality safe place.
Check out chat.peppys.io They can start you on the right path:)
Good luck on your new job.
Part time is so hard! If you want a full time customer service position next year which is the next time my job will hire contact me.
I am gonna apply for Omni. Do they hire for off hours? I need 3-whenever PST
It depends on the project you get hired for because hours of operation for one project are going to be different than for another project. But yes, if that project had a late closing time, you'd sign up for whatever time you wanted.
Crypto is such a pain, arghhhhh!
Great 🎉
I'm six weeks into using Tirzepatide from Swisschems and I've dropped 17 pounds! I've started working out too, and I'm definitely noticing better results. This GLP really keeps me feeling full and helps control my cravings.
Thanks for the info, I started yesterday.
Best of luck!
I ordered an EZ injector too, from the GB, I also got some tox but I am going to have to get my courage up first, my husband is going to freak out when I meso my face, lol!
Lol, right? My husband doesn't understand it at all. It's kind of sweet because he doesn't think that I need to worry about wrinkles or lined skin or anything like that.
WOOHOO! 🎉🎊🥂🌹
yay! 🎉 nice weigh in! the trend is down. Because of you, I took a crack at that tirzepatide half life calculator and have settled on 2.5mg every 5 days. Makes peaks 4.6 and troughs 3.0. Much better than the 7 day! thanks for the information! ❤
I’m currently in my fourth week of using Tirzepatide from Swisschems, and I’ve already shed 15 pounds without any exercise. I can only imagine how much more I could lose if I incorporated a workout routine. This peptide has significantly aided me in managing my appetite.

Alos, I feel the same way about jeans .. lol and I dont really notice a big change in my clothes but I did grab a smaller size jeans , 2nd hand and they fit ! So im pretty stoked about that .
