I was glad to see them enjoy it but the pizzas looked so sparsely topped, dough-y and wobbly to me. idk.
Agree I don’t think I’d care for it with all the options available in the area.
That was the least crispy crust I’ve seen in a while (I believe the waiter said the Neapolitan crust was thin, but crispy and chewy?). I’ve seen saggy crust before, but usually because there was a lot more toppings, this one looked more soggy.

Won't lie, those Pizzas looked amazing, but the prices are pushing the envelope a little. But thats the cost of a popular destination and being on or close to the strip I suppose.

I have walked by this restaurant on my way to The Elephant Bar and/or REI so many times. Next time I'm stopping in for the margarita. The Elephant Bar has great food too. I recommend a try.

Have you guys been back? The involtini salad is the best! I cannot get anything else when I'm there to start. Also, the meatballs and settebello pizza are super yummy.
I would never order the pear and jalapeño but after this video I totally would go for it.
I tried the brisket pizza last time I was there. Great flavor and unique but it was definitely a bit too spicy for me. Great place to get a truly authentic pizza. I believe the flour is straight from Italy.

My wife and I get the same pizzas you both got. They are so great. The cheese platter is also really good. Try it next time. They have a prosciutto platter I hear is good. Neapolitan Pizza is eaten with a fork because it is so thin in the middle. Makes it easier to eat w/o getting it all over the place. Thanks for showing our favorite LV pizza spot. Now go and try Baguette Cafe on the west side of town. Unbelievable Yelp reviews. Small place in an office park but worth the effort to find. Best hot chocolate in LV. Best informal French food for breakfast and lunch in LV as well. Great croissants. All the best.
