For about three months now I’ve been training hybrid, calisthenics for strength and balance and bodybuilding for muscle gain. It’s been working perfectly
Well one thing with eating a protein rich diet. Your blood will become more acidic. Well I know not anything beyond that as this is wwhat i remember studying.
The average person burns 100-150 cals per mile of walking based on speed and weight. So 15K steps is almost 8 miles and would burn way more than 300-500 calories.
Nothing but facts in this video. At 40 years old, I weigh 195 lbs (which is the lowest I've been since high school).... And all I do is simply walk more (10k-13k steps a day), exercise more consistently about 5 days a week, eat more protein and much less carbs (except for cheat day Saturdays), and do intermittent fasting couple times a week. The sh8t works IF and only if YOU put in the work.
I was thinking I should bulk around now but honestly my lifts are getting really limited by cardio so probably gonna start cutting and doing more cardio soon
I haven’t missed any workouts so far since the start of the year. Like I’ve been doing cardio pretty much daily. I just go out and play soccer by myself and I burn 1,300+ cal. I only eat meat. Let’s say today I workout I would just eat meat and then tomorrow I’ll probably do a protein shake and few hours later more meat. I have 2 rest days. When I go back to college for the semester I’m gonna go to the college gym and get on those weights for sure
I walk 10,000 steps but I take minimal breaks during my weight training which helps heart rate and cardiovascularity, and I try to get my steps through out the day before I go to the gym so anything ater that 10,000 is extra.
I got 8 per cent body fat as female walking but throw in running and basketball as well. Running gives a high walking doesmt but very effective for legs. I use yoga for other areas. Its not ideal overshot my goal so trying to bulk now. Bad nerves also contributed.
Because: simple human psychology. What people find difficult they will likely not adhere to, but what people find easier they are more likely to stick to. Running and walking both achieve the same fat loss goal. But more people will give up on running because its much harder. Walking, now, much easier. Meaning most people will actually stick to that. And STILL achieve the same goal of fat loss. So if youre trying to help people to lose weight. Its better to start with something they can realistically stick to. Mitigating their chances of giving up. Dont get me wrong, i do understand what you were trying to say with your comment. But do you understand now? Anyways soz for the essay.
@@Kumari_44i think when austin said easy he meant the most straightforward ways to lose weight, which is just to restrict calories through diet and exercise, i agree with your point
If I’m being honest protein doesn’t make me full and I find it hard to believe it does make you full, my cutting diet is insane with 1220 calories with 158g of protein I basically eat everything in one meal, after I eat that it does make me full but after 40 minutes I feel normal, not hungry but not full anymore, so I find it hard to believe that protein keeps us full for a long time.
Calorie deficit, Weight Training and eating plenty of protein is the most important factor of losing body fat, 15k steps is way to much and not sustainable for the vast majority of people, 8k steps is good enough cardio, losing weight fast is horrible advice, slow and steady is superior coz its sustainable and keeps you lean long-term.
You want to have 0.8% protein per pound of your body weight if you workout frequently but if you don’t you can hit 0.6%. Just multiply that to your weight. Make sure you eat lots of greens and fruits as well.
It’s more like .8 to 1 gram per pound of lean body weight if you work out pretty often or if you’re trying to build muscle. Anything thing above that is probably overkill.
@@ALsn-xz9ix well anything above that is a bulking stage that is what you were aiming for but didn’t say, lean bulking stage. Going above .8 is overkill unless you’re training for strength and maintaining lean body mass
