@@daniilgaiday Hey Daniil! I went to the Vedder today and the rotary trail is now open. It looks really good!! The water was steelhead green with 3 ft of vis. Only one trout for me today.

I'll be honest. First though, did you know any of those guys? If no, what a bunch of moochers. In my mind, if I'm there? I'd be saying to myself go take a hike would ya. They just want your fly? You asked for help getting the fish on shore? I guess I'm jaded. People want you to not only spoon feed them, they also want you to pat them on the head. I've watched too many videos I guess lately and read the comments. PSA: Go to a local tackle store and talk and ask them. You know, get off your F ass rather than let other people do everything for you. End rant...

OMG I'm laughing hard! No I didn't know any of those guys, My whole idea of these video's is to show people how to do it right, you know, not snagging or flossing. Really almost anyone you meet on the river is pretty new to fishing , so I'm happy to point them in the right direction. And We all still have things to learn no matter how long you've been doing this. I really don't lnow much about fishing soft beads but by the end of next fall I'll bet I'm an expert!!

@@bugpumper Some of the comments on other videos, not saying yours, but in general, will be like. What you using? What spot is that? What time of the year? Where do you place your feet in that spot? Etc. Sorry, if you didn't know those guys, and they were just trying to see your fly, that is actually really pathetic. I can't figure out why else they are getting in your business. I fish to get away. UA-cam has brought out a new level of bottom feeder. Rod did a video at a lake recently. Read the comments. The lake is now overrun. The guys who used to enjoy it can no longer enjoy it. Shortly after the video came out, apparently every Tom, Dick and Harry showed up there. They even put their feet into the same spot that Rod did. (that's me joking but I bet people didn't try to find his exact location). People just want hand outs. Not saying you are catering to the lazy F out there, but some of it is really pathetic. Some people asking in comments, oh wehre is that spot. I want to take my children there some time. Can you please tell me the spot. I'm just saying. They can go to the F tackle store and get information rather than taking their F ass to Walmart and buying a $10 fishing rod and then mooching easy information off UA-camrs. I told a guys secret lake to another friend and the guy who told me about the lake didn't speak a word to me for years. After he reamed me out of course. I'm not joking, but one of my flies, if a guy comes over to "help out" like your videos, the fish is staying in the water until he F off. Yes it's great to have people get into fishing. I can't handle moochers though. That's me. It's human nature though. If you have your spot that you enjoy. See what it would feel like to have it publicized to the point that every time you drove out there, it was packed in with fisherman. You might say, wow, this is terrific. I doubt it though. No different than having a great short cut for driving to work. If that gets publicized, what happens to your short cut? It's no longer a short cut. So there is some feel-good aspect of telling everyone about everything? I don't see life through that lens. I appreciate the fact that you don't approach UA-cam like a business and don't set up a recording studio with tripods on popular fishing spots on the Capilano. I guess when these guys realize there isn't a monetization model for the videos, they will realize they are only cluttering up the spots that they might want to fish in the future. Then that would make me laugh. Like telling everyone about your short cut that reduces commute times by 30 minutes. And yes, I was combing this video to see if you would actually show the fly so I could go tie some.
