Ever heard of - Fellmeroni Rudimentary Chi - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my brother in law got amazing results with it.
Yes it can. But, the holding ball is a meditative posture so it's also good to have a higher stance sometimes to work on you emotional and breathing strength!
