    Nice work, Jake & Matthew!
    There are so many variation on those themes -- you chose some good ones!!! Thank You, both!
    Personally, I find the toughest thing to pick up, understand, and/or communicate about is the actual [personal/unique] qi flow .... we need to relax, turn off the monkey-mind for the best chance to really feel it.
    Please keep up your good work!
    Namaste!

      +Sahil Deshpande This was great, I have been researching "learning powerful methods to build your Chi energy" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Fellmeroni Rudimentary Chi - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my brother in law got amazing results with it.

    can the holding the ball exercise be incorporated into the horse stance?

    • @RealKungFu
      @RealKungFu  9 років тому +3

      Yes it can. But, the holding ball is a meditative posture so it's also good to have a higher stance sometimes to work on you emotional and breathing strength!

    In the last pose I always shake, it happens a lot.
    Should I go with the shaking or so it?
    Is it good?
    Thanks
