Duck Duck Goose

It's the beginning of the 2023 waterfowl season so it's time to grind up all of last year's goose, dove, and pigeon from the past seasons. I'm blending the dove and pigeon with pork fat and calling it an upland game sausage, and Aleutian goose with pork fat as well.
