It's that fast. Now they just announced they are adding New Haven, CT and Newburgh, NY for direct flights to VB here in the fall. Huge news. Breeze goes to the smaller airports where there is a demand for commercial flights.
Love Southwest due to their minimal fees, free checked bags and friendly service and large selection of flights across the states. Would love to try Breeze one day. Great video comparison between them!
I had a chance to go cross-continent and back on Breeze via an A220. Really loved it. Flew the extra leg room out and "ascent" on the way back. When I was traveling for work, I was a big southwest flier, I was close to a million miles with them. The best seating is actually row 5 as the front of the plane tapers in at the front row 4 is good if you don’t want a window (it’s a pillar )and lean on bulkhead for sleeping. Also if SW wasn’t available JetBlue was my backup airline. Thanks for a current review, haven’t flown in 2020.
I am so glad to see that you two flew into PVD! I live 15 minutes from there, and it is the BEST airport to fly in and out of hands down! BOS is my 2nd choice, as traffic is a nightmare in Boston. I wish I was around to see you guys here!
Flew Breeze from Springfield, IL to Orlando for the first time. Plane was new and seats were nice. We also didn’t have Wi-Fi. For other trips I always fly Southwest, the free checked bags is the main draw.
We love the Breeze Ascent seats. They’re baby first class, as I call it. Domestic first on Delta and AA felt very minimally different than Ascent. We didn’t get a meal since we’ve only done Ascent from SLC to PHX and SNA to SLC. I loved it though. And breeze overall is my favorite LCC. My wife even said it felt so normal compared to Allegiant and Southwest that it was more like Delta. I like them a lot and we try to fly them when we can.
@@GreenerGrass my wife reminded me that they were dirty a couple times we flew them so we bring our own travel wipes that we wiped them down with first. I think during the turnaround between legs they don’t clean them very well 😅
I would love to see Jeb's take on Sun Country. I had a great experience on Sun country recently. It's considered a low-cost airline, but it felt much nicer with free drinks and in seat power and very friendly staff.
Love these videos! I'd love to see a American V. Delta V. United in Premium Economy for international flights! As wide bodies have a different service for their Premium Plus seats; i'd love to see a comparison!
This was awesome! We have Breeze and Allegiant (and AA coming soon) at our small regional airport, and I definitely prefer Breeze. I've been very happy with Breeze. It's better compared against the ultra-low cost carriers like Spirit, Allegiant, and Frontier. Imo, Breeze wins hands down! With the add-ons, I was surprised to see how similar in price Breeze was to the others. Southwest and Jetblue are more similar to legacy airlines than Breeze. Your flight on JetBlue actually looked like a Delta flight! (TV, internet, choice of snacks, etc). Where I'm from, SW and JB are sometimes less expensive than American or Delta, but not always. But, I'll be sure to look at JetBlue more closely, especially if I can get a similar experience for a little cheaper! Thank you for sharing!
Flew Breeze from LAS to BDL with a Breeze Thru Option. It was a great time! My MIL flys them all the time using the barebones service and she likes it alot!
I never thought I would see the day someone would choose to fly to my home state of Rhode Island, but here we are. Hope you enjoyed the cozy little airport, it's really the best we got to offer to anyone coming in from the outside :)
As a former ground crewman for WN, I can say that I'm impressed with the comparison between all three carriers. During my 20 year career with Southwest, I have seen it all from the famed 10-minute turnaround to 9/11 to rapid expansions via code-shares and acquisitions (ATA followed by AirTran). I can say with 100% honesty that I do miss the wildly fun atmosphere of WN because having fun at work is ingrained in the culture. I have seen similar work crews at the other airlines, and I do believe that certain airports/stations have different workplace cultures than others. All that being said, Bags Fly Free and fun flights are the way to go regardless of seat size. What I do lament is the club-style seating on the former -200s/-300s/-500s in the fleet (front two rows, over-wing rows and far aft cabin rows were all aligned so that you would have a chance to fly "backwards" as if you were on a private jet). Good times! :) Thanks for all you do, Jeb and Suzanne!
Now what I'm going to do is get a bus, to get a train, to get another bus, to go to a cinema, to watch a film I've seen dozens, multiple dozens, of times! No one needed that information on the internet, but it's certainly less offensive than most. Be like Jeb and Suzanne (apologies if the name is spelt wrongly), Be polite, positive and honest... Really hope I don't meet them and they turn out to be overworked, stressed and cranky like the rest of us! ;)
I haven't heard much about Breeze (they don't have many flights out of SFO) so I definitely appreciate seeing this review! I tend to prefer Alaska Airlines from my home airport.
I can always count on you to introduce me to something new in the flying industry. Breeze seems a step above those other cheap airlines because of the seating.
I love Jeb's reviews - always great to see him at my home airport (BOS) Personally, for Domestic flights I always book JetBlue, even if there isn't a direct route, which is seldom the case, and it's such a great value/product, and starting after labor day Blue basic will also include a carry on bag
For me Southwest is hands down the best. Several years ago my mom and I flew Southwest to go be with my sister, when her son passed away, and when the crew found out why we were flying that day, they were all so kind to my mom and I.
Love how both the Breeze and JetBlue planes have USB-C ports in addition to USB-A. Also Southwest is planning on installing USB ports (both A and C) for in-seat power as well. Kinda hoping more airlines install USB-C ports as planes get refurbished or delivered so I can stop carrying a USB-C to A cable and embrace the one cable lifestyle.
I just got back from a trip to and from BWI on WN and both were MAX8. Trip in had no power at the seats but the trip back did. I think they are making a huge mistake getting rid of their boarding process and going to assigned seats. I enjoy it way more because it’s faster to get on and off the plane most of the time. Plus, it’s unique and differentiating. The 24 hour before check in time isn’t that stressful, IMO. WN’s real differentiator though is their A+ ground game and fun crews for sure. Along with super consistent product; you always know what to expect. Everyone on the crew actually seems to be having fun at work.
I enjoy these videos a lot and thanks for giving an insight on Breeze. I fly out of PVD airport a lot and I have always wondered about them, if they are worth it. Also not to be too picky, but at 0:21, the PVD airport is in Warwick, RI not Providence!
155 views in 3 minutes, which means nobody has finished watching yet. :) Jeb I just purchased a Delta mileage run. TUS -> LAX -> SLC -> DTW -> ORD. 1 week in Chicago to attend the Retro Computer Festival and visit friends. Then ORD -> ATL -> TUS. WOOT!
I live in Rhode Island glad you have breeze a shot! Been watching other videos of yours and very amazing you went to green airport! I took Southwest to Tampa from Providence and it was really good. Thanks for making this video love your content. ❤️
With southwest, I don't mind them adding assigned seats. Too many people took advantage of their early boarding services and open seating to get a better seat
I fly Breeze frequently. I’m 1K on United, but Breeze is way less expensive. I only fly business class. Breeze is waaaay better than United. I can fly direct to Orlando, LA, Vegas, and Tampa. The Captains are all very experienced and come from the major airlines. Wi-Fi is spotty for now. The service is outstanding. The schedule is not frequent enough for business travels though. They are being conservative to ensure they don’t go bust by overreaching. The A220 is one of the most beautiful airplanes ever. I give it a 9/10.
Jeb I love your videos so much! I want to always keep watching and hope you never stop posting. My home airport is CVG so maybe if you could do another video based around that…. I would love it! Anyway thanks so much for posting keep it up!
Commenting before this this video starts. Southwest is my favorite airline. Granted I have never been on the other two in this video. Time to see if the UA-camr agrees with me.
Breeze may be a new LCC but they're already a dead man walking as far as I'm concerned. Broken WiFi and no service, even if you have to pay for it? I can accept a few snafus but those two are unforgivable, and the seating is cramped and there's no entertainment either. Garbage.
I love your videos. Not only fun to watch but very informative and helpful. Without it I would've never been able to fly by myself to Texas last month.
Jeb, that was a great video! I found your comparisons quite helpful and practical. Thanks! I love Southwest, but the current boarding process stresses me. I have one friend that likes it, but the majority of us will probably choose to fly southwest more with the change. I'm thrilled about JetBlue. I haven't flown with them yet, but have a flight booked with them for my mum and me from London to Orlando. You truly put my mind at ease about their seats and service. Brilliant! Though I'm a travel size female, I think I'll probably pass on Breeze. It looked pretty tight. Maybe if it's a REALLY low price, I'd reconsider. Thanks again!
I have a weirdly nostalgic fondness for Southwest Airlines. The airline is beyond bare bones, but that also gives it a sort of charm. My family flew Southwest pretty much exclusively when I was growing up, and then I kept on flying them because free checked bags came in handy as a college student toting stuff between campus and home. I looked forward to spending a couple of hours thumbing through Sky Mall (RIP) and sipping slightly flat ginger ale.
Soon enough all three of these airlines will be competing on flights to Orland from MHT, my local airport. This definitely helps me figure out which I would rather use.
Another great video! Southwest is my favorite by far, the free checked bags and usually pretty affordable fares are a big reason. Sad they are doing away with their current boarding process, but it's not a big deal
I disagree with the upcoming change for Southwest seating system. I am very happy they are changing to the way most airlines assign seats. I have flow Southwest a few times and hated how long it took to get boarded and unboarding. I think the major issue is even though they provide the 2 bags check in system, Alot of people still choose to carry on bags (and large ones at that) and they end up being put in overhead bins in the back of the plane. The seem to think its ok to move the in the wrong direction to retreave their bags instead of waiting for others to get off.. I also figured out that between the cost of the flight and if you payed to upgrade your seating status it ends up being about the same cost as competitors that assign seats. Just a couple of points I noticed. Keep providing these very helpful videos. Love them.
This is the one I was waiting for since the first video where I found you. It was the ultra low cost airline video with Allegiant, Frontier, and Spirit almost a year ago back in September. You teased this idea in that video and I’ve been waiting for it since. I always fly Southwest, and I trust your opinions (plus I just like your videos in general) so I was eager to see how the others compared. Such a shame that you didn’t get to test out all the internet options and you didn’t get snacks from one of them. Felt tough to get the full experience of them all from this video, but that wasn’t your fault of course. The two of you were great in the video as always. Looking forward to the next one. Keep it up!
@@GreenerGrass always is. Like I said my only complaint was things out of your control, but not being served snacks on one and not being able to access WiFi on two of three flights made it tougher to get a better picture of all three. But again, you couldn’t help that. Hope you do a Southwest video when they change their boarding process. As always, keep up the good work. I often binge watch a lot of your videos when I’m about to travel because it gets me in the mood for vacation. Take care!
Jeb is pleasant by himself but Suzanne is such a great addition to the channel! Between her bubbly personality and her great beauty 😍 Southwest is my airline of choice because they were my first budget airline and I just stuck with them lol! But I have flown on JetBlue once....it was pretty good except the IFE at my seat didn't work. 🙂
We flew breeze from Hartford to Fort Myers and JetBlue for the trip back last February. The only thing I liked about breeze was the 220 2/3 seating so my wife and I can sit together and get up with no issues. I didn’t like that literally everything was extra, even soda. We’ll most likely stick to JetBlue in the future, we especially like the in seat entertainment/info screen.
I never considered Jet Blue before but now I think I will give them a try. On balance they seem to provide the best overall experience. I was wondering; do the airlines monitor your reviews and even make contact if there is an issue?
I regularly fly Jet Blue from Tampa or Sarasota (seasonal) to Boston, then hop on Cape Air for a 55 minute flight to New Hampshire, where we spend hurricane season. We also flew Jet Blue's Mint service from Boston to Dublin and back again, last summer. Great deal, nice flight! I will not fly Southwest, as I hate the no-seat-selection policy, and they stranded me in St. Thomas during the Christmas holidays two years ago. Most inconvenient! I haven't flown Breeze, so thanks for being the crash test dummies!

They have my undivided attention with every single video, whether flying, boating, training (lol), bussing,....they put out 'feel good' videos. I am always smiling at the end of the videos. which I personally feel are too short. Love them!!
Thank you so much!
@@GreenerGrass I'm not sure you guy's know how very much you two have an impact on the viewing world. Your sunshine positive attitudes, smiles and quirkiness is addictive, even my book reading husband will put aside everything just to watch you. (THAT, my friend...is saying tons!! Nothing nor anyone can easily motivate him to watch their content) We, sir, thank YOU. I look for your posts every day!!🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
Yes! The day has finally come where Jeb flies on Breeze!
This is the first time I've heard of Breeze, love Southwest, have yet to fly JetBlue
Need to try Ascent next time!
@@GreenerGrass my wife reminded me that they were dirty a couple times we flew them so we bring our own travel wipes that we wiped them down with first. I think during the turnaround between legs they don’t clean them very well 😅
Breeze has the best livery of the three
Truly what matters worse.
I don’t know about that. Those various state livery’s that Southwest have are pretty cool.
Stay tuned, we have some plans to make that comparison!🤫
@@GreenerGrass 😍😍😍🎉🎉
Next time, could you compare Avelo, Breeze, and Southwest Airlines? Thank you for creating this very informative video. It really helps out a lot.
Flew Breeze from LAS to BDL with a Breeze Thru Option. It was a great time! My MIL flys them all the time using the barebones service and she likes it alot!
Yay! Been wanting this video! Love your content!
I love this video! I am glad you tried out Breeze! Always looking foward to new videos.
I never thought I would see the day someone would choose to fly to my home state of Rhode Island, but here we are. Hope you enjoyed the cozy little airport, it's really the best we got to offer to anyone coming in from the outside :)
Haha same!!
Ground crew is the backbone to keeping things moving! Thanks for watching!
Yay Southwest!!!! Southwest is my favorite airline. Amazing video by the way I wish I could Do a video with you
I’m glad he still uploads these comparisons!
Always like to see Southwest
Just said to myself "don't know what I want to do"..
New Jeb video pops up and that question is clearly answered :)
JetBlue inflight here♥️ thanks for your review it makes me proud of our product and service
It’s an impressive product, but the people are what makes it!💙
I love the colors on the seats for Breeze!
I can always count on you to introduce me to something new in the flying industry. Breeze seems a step above those other cheap airlines because of the seating.
Nothing is cheap at Southwest!
Thank you Jeb and Suzanne. This wasa great look at three low-cost airlines that offer some nice choices and travel options!
Your the best aviation UA-camr ever southwest is the main airline my family flies hope you have a great day your awesome
I love Jeb's reviews - always great to see him at my home airport (BOS)
Personally, for Domestic flights I always book JetBlue, even if there isn't a direct route, which is seldom the case, and it's such a great value/product, and starting after labor day Blue basic will also include a carry on bag
JetBlue also has a fairly decent loyalty program that isn't too difficult to redeem meaningful perks
For me Southwest is hands down the best. Several years ago my mom and I flew Southwest to go be with my sister, when her son passed away, and when the crew found out why we were flying that day, they were all so kind to my mom and I.
Southwest loyalist forever! Thanks for sharing with us Jeb and Suzanne!
I agree. PVD is my home airport too
With southwest, I don't mind them adding assigned seats.
Flew roundtrip from Long Island to Orlando on Southwest with an infant, one of the best flight experiences I’ve ever had.
Jeb I love your videos so much! I want to always keep watching and hope you never stop posting. My home airport is CVG so maybe if you could do another video based around that…. I would love it! Anyway thanks so much for posting keep it up!
Breezes livery is looking nice
Commenting before this this video starts. Southwest is my favorite airline. Granted I have never been on the other two in this video. Time to see if the UA-camr agrees with me.
Economy class looks way better than the European choices😞
I fly Southwest. They go where i go and two free checked bags and two free carryons. Jet blue looked tempting.
Breeze may be a new LCC but they're already a dead man walking as far as I'm concerned. Broken WiFi and no service, even if you have to pay for it? I can accept a few snafus but those two are unforgivable, and the seating is cramped and there's no entertainment either. Garbage.
y'all are so wholesome! i love it. by far my favorite airplane channel!
I love your videos. Not only fun to watch but very informative and helpful. Without it I would've never been able to fly by myself to Texas last month.
Yayyyy Jeb uploaded!!!
Early (Hey Jet! Love the videos)
I fly southwest, it’s a great airline. Also snacks are great in my opinion. (The pretzels are sooo good!)
you’re literally my comfort person i love you kislux !
First! Love you!!❤
I'm glad you did this! I am going to be trying JetBlue economy - cross country - for the first time. Happy to see they won the comfy seat title!
Have a wonderful trip! JetBlue is a good choice!
Love them.
Suzan is now the star of the channel. Love it.
Love your videos they are really educational. Plus the Bloopers are a nice touch. Keep up the great work. Mahalo!!
I Love JetBlue, their crew is always friendly and amazing and the amenities are great.
Keep it up!
One other thing to note: if you ask politely when you get your soda, Southwest will also give you the whole can. THE WHOLE CAN! FOR FREE! 10:08
😂
Hope it was worth the wait!
Take care!
If i lived closer to a hub Jet Blue looks like a great airline. I guess for now I’m sticking with Delta. Great job as always Jeb and Suzanne!
Great video, I like Southwest because I always check luggage
Thanks for another great video! Really helps explain why Southwest is planning new seats with power outlets, to compare better with the new Airbus. 😊
I’m so glad I found your channel. You’re perfect for traveling vlogging. Such a relaxing voice and high quality content.
Jeb is pleasant by himself but Suzanne is such a great addition to the channel! Between her bubbly personality and her great beauty 😍
Southwest is my airline of choice because they were my first budget airline and I just stuck with them lol! But I have flown on JetBlue once....it was pretty good except the IFE at my seat didn't work. 🙂
Thank you Jeb ‘the whole can’ Brooks. Love your channel and your interaction with Suzanne.
I love this airline breeze just flew from Hartford Connecticut to San Diego California first class. It was perfect no complaints.
We really enjoyed this! Thanks for comparing and sharing you two!! Love the bloopers! :)
I love your videos so much and I been waiting for this video. I love your content and I will never stop watching you!!
